Partial ocean view blocked by townhomes, but balcony was still nice. Room was clean and not cramped. Lobby area very cute and nice little poolside bar. Would stay here again!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Some of the furniture is outdated but nothing was damaged. Great location and ample parking are a plus.

As soon as we entered the hallway leading to the elevators, I felt that the hotel was a well-maintained property. The room was very nice. We had an ocean-view room, which was a plus! The receptionist at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. We had a bad light bulb in the foyer of the room, and the service staff came within minutes. I'd say the parking lot is convenient, but if it were busy, I think it would be dangerous. It should have mirrors at the corners so that you can see when another car is coming. There could be more lighting in the area where the sofa is located. I'd give the hotel 4 stars! We loved the location! We were able to walk to everything we needed.

Room was clean. Staff very friendly. No frills. Very outdated but worth the price & great location. Our room faced the ocean 3rd fl so we could see the ocean but the view was obstructed by the ugly row of rental row homes between us & the beach

First room they gave us was in the first floor and it was dirty, old, smelled like mold and we found live bugs, asked to be moved and they put us in a third floor room that was better but still absolutely not worth the very high price due to the busy weekend. They can charge all they want because of demand and supply but the reviews should always be based on comfort per $ spent

The hotel was overall clean, bed was comfy, pool looked nice (too cold for my liking, but it was the end of September). The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, which didn’t pose a huge problem for us, but could for the hotel in the future. Great beach and boardwalk access. Right across from the beach bus line.

The staff are excellent and the hotel is pretty clean. The room we stayed in had a nice view, and you couldn’t hear anything near us, or anything. The rooms are just a little lived in, the hotel could use a slight renovation in some areas. Again, it’s not bad. It’s very clean. I would 100% stay here again. The parking was nice because it was covered, and the hotel is legit right on the beach! We had a really nice stay.

The hotel smelled amazing — it had that modern, luxurious scent, almost like sandalwood. Our room was huge, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. The outdoor bar was fantastic, and the waitstaff were truly outstanding. The shower had excellent water pressure, though the tub didn’t drain as well as it could have. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but the location was perfect — just a very quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, everything was wonderful and we had a great stay.
