An open living area with new hardwood floors and completely new kitchen. Living room has a TV & DVD Player. Master bedroom has a king size bed and another TV. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Washer/Dryer in Unit. Balcony along living room with southern exposure offers an ocean view and great bay views, sunsets on the bay and city lights at night. This property rents in our mini week program with flexible turn days, allowing check in and check out any day with a three day minimum. Max. occupancy 6. This is a non-smoking unit. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, ping pong tables, FREE wireless internet access available in unit or available on the second floor and an arcade game room which includes pool tables. 2 Stars was generous. We arrived at a place that was not cleaned, as we found other people's clothes in the closet and hair on the back wall in the shower. I could've done a better job painting the walls. The sliding glass door was broken and would not fully shut. There was sand all over the floor. Either it was dirty around the vents, or it was mold. The blinds were bent. There was a stain on the pull-out couch mattress. Need I go on? We arrived late, so we had to call the next day. It wasn't until the day before we left that someone came to clean. Stay at your own risk. For the amount paid, we got hosed!
