Quay #1703 10700 Coastal Hwy. Mini-Week Flex. 1,131 Sq. Ft. This nice 2bed/2bath condo is in our mini week flex rental program, which allows check in and check out any day with a 3 day minimum. Decor is a mix of modern and beachy. Living room has a queen sleep sofa, matching love seat, and a TV with a DVD. Dining room table seats 6. Loads of upgrades. All flooring is either pergo or vinyl tile with area rugs. Kitchen has updated white appliances along with new cabinets and countertops. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. T Washer/Dryer in Unit. There is beautiful northern view of the ocean and bay from furnished balcony. This unit rents in our Mini Week program check in any day and check out any day. Occupancy 8. The unit has free wireless internet access. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, ping pong tables, and an arcade game room which includes pool tables. Family Vacation

I loved the side view balcony. We could look to the left see the Bayside or to the right and see the ocean 🌊. Perfect. Our family had a great time and enjoyed the stay. Only downside was not many crabs at night for the kids to find on the beach but the condo was beautiful

We stayed for four nights. Check in was a breeze. The security/parking attendant would not allow us to purchase an additional space so one of our vehicles had to be parked at the municipal lot, not really an issue. The room was as shown on the web however pretty dirty. While making the beds we found receipt from 12/21, left over water bottles, silverware under the beds. The headboard was just propped up against the wall with a frame holding it in place. The baseboards where covered in what appeared to be years of dust. Central air intake was also covered in a thick dust. In the kitchen beneath the sink the baseboard was not attached and laying on the floor. The amount of hair through out the entire condo it was very apparent the floors had not been properly cleaned, we walked around in our shoes all week. The stove and dishwasher where new and in great shape! The condo it’s self was lacking in some basic things if you use it bring it, it won’t be in the condo! Hair dryer, dish towels, salt & pepper, zip locks, storage containers, hand soaps bring it all the new was great! Super easy walk to the beach! Hope this all helps! I would stay at the Quay again but not in that room unless a new cleaning company was hired!

Condo was as represented but could use a broom or vacuum to clean up with. Booked property because of the 2 pools, some in my party do not like swimming in the ocean. When we checked in the indoor pool was closed due to Covid, understandably, but the outdoor pool was still winterized. When we asked where we could swim, the rental agent pointed to the ocean. Will not be renting with this company again. I feel bad for the condo owners.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything was perfect! Marlene and Nancy in the rental office made everything go like clockwork and our whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. My wife, kids, and I loved the condo, the view from the balcony, the proximity to the ocean, and the outdoor swimming pool. The Quay is very family friendly and everyone there, resident or vacationer, was jovial. It was only a short and easy drive to the boardwalk, amusement parks, and other festive venues. I highly recommend this unit and building.
