Gateway Grand 503 is a SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING on 48th street. Deluxe oceanfront building with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 3BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Accommodating up to 9 guests, bed sizes include a king, a queen 1 set of bunks (2 singles) plus an additional twin bed and a queen sleep sofa. Guest provides sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel set equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Keurig coffee maker
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday all season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. Side unit in Oceanfront building. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25

Beautiful property...just not clean

Overall our stay was amazing. Checking in was easy. A little disappointed that we weren’t allowed to use the pool until our unit was ready but got over it quickly. Location and views were great. Close to everything! This place could have been 5 stars all the way,however we did notice that the place although seemed clean upon check in was really only superficially clean. The refrigerator smelt like fish. We had to clean the entire fridge to get rid of the odor. There was a disgusting amount of dust on the walls, ceiling fans, vents and moldings. One of the bathrooms smelt like urine, the other bathroom had toothpaste residue in the sink and there appeared to be a vomit stain on one of the comforters. I did call the property manager and expressed my concern. The answer I got wasn’t acceptable(she told me that the cleaning crew wasn’t responsible to clean the moldings or fans, that they only did that once at the beginning of the season) totally unacceptable! As for the comforter they picked it up the next day but didn’t give us one in return! Again unacceptable. I did contact the owner of the property and suggested they consider getting a new cleaning crew. Again this could be a r star property. I hope they take my advice.

Annual family vacation

Bunk bed room was to small. Lack of luggage carts on check out day is annoying. Don't like that there is only one ramp on the opposite side of the building and absolutely HATE the no wheeled luggage policy. The main reason I selected your building is the proximity to the beach. I suggest that you allow guests to wheel their beach equipment through the lobby for a designated time each day(one hour in the am and one hour in the pm)

Beautiful property, great location!

Just returned from a great week of vacation from OCMD. We have been going as a family the week before labor day for over 20 years now. This property and unit is by far one of our favorites. I would recommend the Gateway to anyone. The view from the room is amazing for a side unit. You can see the ocean and the bay on the porch and the living room. Very well kept and spacious, We watched the fight Saturday night there and had our family of 5 and another family of 6 with plenty of room and seating. Well worth the money! Our family is looking to purchase a place by next season otherwise we would have booked this condo again already.

Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay, close to activities, right on the beach. Unloading and loading was super easy with the connection to the parking garage. All the comforts of home, we didn't have to run out for any items. This place had it all- coffee maker, toaster, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, plenty of utensils, large washer/dryer units. The master bathroom was awesome, and the master bed was super comfy!
