The family-friendly Golden Sands Building is located in the heart of Ocean City, and the Amenities found here are nothing short of amazing! Featuring a 22nd Floor Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill, shops and Live Entertainment in season, there is something for everyone in your family. Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Guests of Golden Sands. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, an additional parking permit may be available at an additional fee, but you must check with the building upon arrival for availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Golden Sands 1401, comfortably sleeping a family of 8, has a beautiful open floor plan with simply breathtaking Ocean Views. As you enter this lovely home, you will find Bedroom 2, a Junior Suite, conveniently tucked away from the main Living Area with a cozy Queen Bed, Attached Bath with Shower/Tub Combo, and access to the Bayside Balcony. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy an Ocean City Sunset after a day of fun! And just wait until you see the breathtaking Bay Views right from the Bedroom window! Back in the hall you’re sure to appreciate the convenience of the stacked Washer/Dryer.

At the end of the Hall, you will be in awe of the sweeping Ocean Views from the open Living Area with Kitchen and Dining Area. As you enter the Living Area, you will feel this stunning home open to Ocean Views that dreams are made of with floor to ceiling windows and access to the Private Oceanfront Balcony. The Kitchen will delight the Chef in your family - beautifully renovated and well-stocked with all the conveniences of home. The Breakfast Bar is a perfect spot to grab a quick bite before hitting the Beach or the Pool, and there is also plenty of seating at the Dining table, a great place for a family meal in, or to gather for a family game night. The Primary Bedroom is located just off the Living Area with jaw-dropping Ocean Views, and there is also private access to the Ocean Front Balcony, making it easy to sneak out and steal a moment to enjoy the night air on the Ocean while the rest of the family drifts off to sleep. You can melt into the plush King Bed and enjoy the wonders of mother nature, or relax and enjoy a movie on the Flat Screen TV. The Attached Bath has a custom tile Walk-in Shower, perfect for freshening up after a day of fun. Just out in the hall is the Shared Full Bath, convenient to the Living Area and Bedroom 3, with a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 3 will comfortably sleep 4 between 2 Queen Beds with a flat screen TV, your family is sure to love this truly special space!

Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned parking space (assigned June-August). Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.

Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.

Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.
