Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $60 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.
Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Great condo

The condo itself and the location is great. Wonderful ocean view. Spacious condo near all the attractions, shopping and restaurants. While the condo was “clean” with a good kitchen and upgraded bathrooms there were a couple of issues that could very easily be addressed to make the whole experience much better. We are seasoned travelers and rent private homes regularly so I totally understand this is a rental unit for investment purposes and people come and go in the units non stop which accelerates wear and tear but the couch and the carpets were really dirty and stained. So much so that we didn't like sitting on the couch. They should really be steamed cleaned at this point not just vacuumed. Also there were some blind slats missing from the blinds in the master bedroom and living room, making sleeping past sunrise next to impossible as the sun would glare right into the rooms. I believe just repairing the blinds and giving the place a deep cleaning would go a long way. Otherwise it’s a great condo with a great host.

Certainly! Here's a revised version of your text: --- The overall atmosphere of Golden Sands has changed over the years. It is no longer a welcoming place for guests. Instead, it has become characterized by rude employees strictly enforcing numerous new rules. The condo itself was okay, but the rug and couches were not clean. However, the view was amazing!

Quick off season getaway to shore
