Gorgeous 5 Star! Oceanblock Midtown condo directly Across from Convention Center

Thank you for taking interest in our beautiful fully remodeled one bedroom, one bath condo that is just a few steps away from the beach! It is walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, crab houses, deli's, sub shops and lots of bars. We are directly across the street from the Convention Center which is great if you have an event there but even better for us sun worshippers because our beach is never super crowded!

With amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, 2 large Flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, poly deck set and off-street parking available for one car, who wouldn't want to vacation here!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with one parking space (additional public parking out front of condo
2. We do not rent to high school seniors or parents booking for their children
3. This is NO smoking permitted of any kind in the condo
4. Per Condo rules there are no pets allowed
5. We do not supply sheets and towels.
6. Please bring all of your own toiletries

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach property! The house was spotless and very well maintained, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. There were plenty of cozy blankets, and the dĂ©cor was both stylish and welcoming, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, easy walk to the beach. The host was fantastic, with great communication and quick responses to any questions we had, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

Great vaca!

I walked in and was immediately impressed. So cute and cozy. I love the attention to detail. I never stayed in OCMD and was able to walk right to the beach. It was fantastic. Gina was so sweet and checked in to make sure everything was good. We had a great mini vaca away from home. Thank you for sharing the LOBOSHACK with us and we will hopefully see you again soon.

We had such a wonderful stay! Our host, Gina, was truly exceptional—so thoughtful and accommodating, and she went above and beyond to make sure our trip was smooth and stress-free. Great Stay for a Beach Getaway

The condo was amazing! It had all of the amenities you could ask for and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything Ocean City has to offer and just steps to the sand from the front door. Parking was easy located right next to the building and there’s a variety of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Awesome trip!

The location of this condo was perfect for my family with 2 small children. It was quiet, the beach was a few steps away, and it was a quick drive to the boardwalk and busier area of the City. You can also walk to a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. Gina checked in with us throughout the stay which we really appreciated!

We were in town for the Oceans Calling festival. Gina's place is exactly as described. Very clean and within walki g distance to some good restaurants and bars. In fact we walked to the inlet two times during our stay with no issues. Definitely would book here again!!

I had the best experience at this property! It was updated very nicely. Decorated so cute , I felt right at home. Gina had lots of odds and ends that were avails for use that we didn’t even think of! Amazing girls reunion

The place was absolutely beautiful inside and very well kept. Gina the owner was so easy to work with and was incredibly responsive. The unit was so clean and had everything that was needed for our getaway. The location was perfect on 41st street. It was within walking distance of restaurants and bars and not too far from the inlet/boardwalk. It was a short distance to the beach and had a beautiful view. Her neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely rent this unit again!
