The room, with 2 queen beds, was very roomy and clean. Kitchenette area very nice. The bathroom was a bit small for 2 and was dated but clean. The balconies are roomy but there are open grids between balconies so they aren't private. Staff was very helpful.

Phillip at the front desk was very helpful, from the beginning of check-in, throughout the time stayed. The room was clean, the ocean view was beautiful, didn’t care to much for the balcony… with little privacy & opened rails for separation. The balcony needs an upgrade, would have preferred screen door along with the glass side door. It’s family friendly. Restaurant and 24 hour shop pricey . I love the fact from the back lobby, you can literally step on the broadwalk.

Great view from Grand Hotel (8th Floor)

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City & really loved the view of the beautiful Sunrise one morning, and watching the waves crashing on the shore throughout the day & night. The convenience of being on the boardwalk made for a nice walk to enjoy the scenery, go for meals/snacks & go shopping.

We arrived at The Grand HOURS before the check-in time, and when I asked if the room was possibly available, the employee said yes and let us check in. Staff is absolutely wonderful here. We've stayed here on another occasion. Rooms are clean and housekeeping services are always on top of things. Bed is very comfortable. The beach is steps away from the hotel which makes it very convenient. Very safe hotel to stay in. The arcade is small, but nice on rainy days. The indoor pool is kind of cloudy, but very clean. I recommend The Grand Hotel on your next trip to OCMD, (MY HAPPY PLACE).

Really nice hotel. Had a great view. If I could recommend one thing it would be remove the carpet from all rooms. My room had many many stains on the carpet.
