We had a king size ocean view suite the Holiday Inn & Suites in Ocean City. the balcony, the room, the premises were all pristine that boardwalk was clean the staff at the hotel, extremely friendly. This was my first experience on the beach and will definitely return. I am so glad that I picked the hotel. It was right in the middle of the boardwalk. I could not have chosen a better hotel with a relaxing atmosphere would recommend this highly and plan to book with them in the future.

Great view of the ocean. The room was clean and the housekeeping came daily to clean it and make the bed. Customer service was very friendly as well. Only problem we had was the wifi is terrible.

We were impressed by the staff, everyone was super friendly and polite. Also, the room was very quiet, we never heard any noise from any neighbors. The only downfall was the ceiling leak in our room. Someone tried to fix it 2 times but it kept leaking. I just felt that was a hazard on the kitchen floor. We had to be careful to avoid the puddle, to avoid slipping.

The hotel was great. Check in and out were quick. The ocean view was great. The room was better than expected. Very clean and we had the sign on the door to come back later and once we left out for the day and took the sign off the room was always cleaned by the time we came back in so that was a plus become we didn't have to call to have it cleaned or get fresh towels. This one is the best and cleanest holiday inn I've stayed in.

We had a lovely 3 nights. The location is prime; turn left on the boardwalk for a laid back stroll, or turn right for all the boardwalk action and eventually the amusement park. Our first night the kitchen sink started “gargling” loudly and spewing tiny water splashes. It stopped and happened again the following evening but this time, I spewed out the last of my coffee I poured down the drain. They did fix it right away when I reported it. The second day we were out for the majority of the day and came back to our room not being cleaned. They showed up while my husband was napping and said they couldn’t come back later; so we didn’t get our room cleaned for one day. Aside from that, I’d visit again…with the grand.
