*PLEASE NOTE: This property does not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Must be 25 years old to rent and must be one of occupants.

Starting the last week in June through September the property is only available for weekly rentals with a Saturday check-in.
Three night minimum during off-season.

The unit is on the 3rd floor and has 2 reserved parking spaces.

Rent this beautiful 2,000 square foot condo in downtown Ocean City. Great location near the inlet, on the corner of Wicomico and Philadelphia. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, local bars and restaurants. Just across the street is Dumser's home made ice cream.

Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing linen service. Toilet paper, soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags and paper towel are provided.

What a beautiful, well maintained condo! It was conveniently located near the boardwalk. Communication with the owner was easy and she made sure we had all the check in information days before arrival. All the rooms are large and everything was in excellent working condition. I love this property. We go every year. It's become our home away from home. Everything is perfect when we arrive. They think of everything to ensure your comfort. It is close to everything.
