COMPLETELY RENOVATED 1-bedroom oceanfront condo. This will be one of the classiest beach front condos you have ever stayed in.

Located directly on the beach, and uptown, this condo has all of the comforts of home and then some!

Sleeps 6 (two full ADJUSTABLE beds and a fold out queen couch) and has 1.5 baths.

COFFEE BAR has Keurig and a standard coffee pot maker. Appliances are all new: Full sized oven/stove, over stove microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, plates, pots, pans, toaster, utensils and everything you need for a great dinner in.

Enjoy free WiFi & cable TV, adjustable beds, 2 flat screen TVs (bedroom has DVD player), A/C, and PUZZLES & GAMES for rainy days. There is also a hair dryer, and iron & board for your convenience.

The furniture is cozy and there is plenty of room/seating for all! Soak in the sun and watch the waves from the living room or out on the private balcony.

Building has an elevator and gated parking, as well as an outside shower.

Owner does not allow smoking or pets. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible adults over the age of 25.

Great stay

Had a great time with the family here. The condo was clean, had a great view of the beach from the balcony and was conveniently located near the beach, grocery store and a couple restaurants. Will definitely consider this place again next year.

Can't wait to come back

We just had a week long stay here. It was the prefect size for my family of 3. The location and view can't be beat. We saw dolphins every day from the balcony. The beach was far enough away from the boardwalk that it wasn't too busy but still close enough to drive to everything in minutes. The property was clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to OC.

Nice but smelled

Hello all this place is very cute and perfect location but smelled very musty and like a basement. I couldn’t sleep the first night. Shoreline was very responsive I told them it looked clean but smelled like it hadn’t been. They sent cleaners right away. They also came out and smelled the place and said to leave air conditioning units on and maybe previous renters didn’t. I had to wash everything when I got home even though we had washed it there. If you have allergies do not stay here.

Parking wars.

Very nice. My only minus was, I got a note on my car stating that I was parked In the wrong space. I was probably wrong, and I may have been parked in the wrong space but there was only one other car in the whole parking lot. I think some owners don’t like renters.

Great vacation spot!

We went on our first beach vacation since March 2020. The condo is just as described. The queen sofa sleeper was quite soft and squooshy. I wouldn’t recommend the sleeper sofa for anyone that needs any kind of firm or even semi firm mattress. Queen sleeper is like a marshmallow. The 2 doubles were as described, semi firm, adjustable. The extra half bath and washer/dryer are a bonus ! The galley kitchen was just fine for cooking meals (we cooked most of our vacation). The basic plates, cups, utensils, and pans are stocked in the condo. The balcony was by far the best best part. Lovely unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. Two tall chairs and another small bistro set available for balcony seating. I loved sitting in the balcony enjoying morning coffee. There are a few beach supplies such as beach chairs, a small umbrella, and a few kids beach toys. This saved our trip bc we forgot to bring any beach supplies! Overall a great trip. I took off one star. I hope check in and check out can change to contactless. I saw 2 or 3 staff in the property management office not wearing masks inside the office nor did they attempt to put on a mask when I walked in (as a customer). As a customer, we would like to feel safe in the property managements office space. Wearing masks is the bare minimum to show they care about their customers in their office space. Wearing a mask is not a personal choice or violation of anyone’s personal rights. Wearing a mask is a public health measure to help keep everyone in the community safe.

We loved the condo! It was exactly as it looked in the pictures. My family and I had an amazing vacation! Water pressure in the shower was great!
