Look no further than your escape to Sunset Beach 207. Located not far from the downtown area in the beautiful family rental condo on 45th Street. It is a short walk to the beach and the world-famous Seacrets bar distillery and music center and a few short blocks walk to the beach. This well-decorated high-end property has quality furnishing and bedding will be all you need for your family vacation. If you are not at the beach you can enjoy the large flat-screen TV and DVD in the living area for a family night. All the bedroom features flat-screen smart TVs and DVD players THERE IS NO CATV so bring your Firestick, or other streaming device or use the apps on all the smart TVs. There are two off-street parking spaces. Besides being located near restaurants, mini golf, and the convention center, there is also a private bayfront beach and a rooftop pool for the kids to enjoy if not at the beach.
Easy walking distance to the beach, dining, and restaurants. Many popular restaurants and activities are within walking distance including the 48th Street Watersports, miniature golf, and the Ocean City Convention Center,. The convention centers have many activities year-round like OCCruising, OcBike Festival, Maryland Fireman Convention, Greek Festival, Oc Boat Show, and many meetings year-round.
