The house is in a great area, convenient to so many places. Plenty of room with entrances on both the 3rd and 4th floors. It is in need of a little up keep. The door on our bedroom was coming off the hinges and the scrape on the floor told me it had been that way for some time. It’s a little thin on supplies, like we couldn’t find trash bags. I would say my biggest concern was that there are no blinds on any of the windows or doors. This means it’s bright at night from all the city lights and very, very bright in the morning. It’s also hotter than it needs to be since you can’t block out the sun during the day.

Great location, great house for a larger family

Unit was in a great location across from Sandals. Walked to many restaurants and bars. Walk to beach was short. Great place for a larger group with enough bathrooms for everyone. Property manger was very responsive when questions were asked.

Lovely large space but lacking hot water!

We enjoyed staying there - we're a group of women age 30-something to 70-something in town for the handbell festival. The views were incredible, kitchen was clean, large and useful, the living room and large dining table were great for us, as was having so many bedrooms, and plenty of comfortable beds. And it was a joy to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Parking was convenient. But...two big issues:1. need "black out" curtains that can be closed as needed in the bedrooms with windows facing the bright lights along Coastal Highway. (Or shades/blinds - but I realize those are expensive and easily damaged in a rental.) The sheer curtains were useless. It was very difficult to sleep with the rooms lit up like daytime. 2. the water in the shower in the morning in some bathrooms never became hot. In some, there was at some warmth after it ran for a long time, though not warm enough. But others remained ice cold. Maybe they would've warmed up eventually but the second day I let mine run for over 10 minutes and if anything, it just got colder - this was the bathroom on the lower floor off the large bedroom with the queen and the king beds.It's a shame because it was otherwise a great place. But being able to sleep and to take a shower are really important things! I would stay there again but only for another short stay and only if if I could find a comfortable eye mask to bring, along with a container to fetch hot water from the kitchen for a sponge bath...

Perfect beach getaway!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in the Sky Ocean Bliss Penthouse 404. We went 4th of July weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday and to be able to spend some time with family we haven’t seen in a while. The place was well stocked and had everything we needed. Place was very clean, and there was lots of space for our big group of 16 people. Location was perfect and very close to the beach. It was close to lots of restaurants and the views from the wrap-around deck were just stunning and breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and 2 of the bathrooms were huge. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect and relaxing vacation. I highly recommend staying here and we would definitely rent this place again in the future. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we had no issues whatsoever before, during, or after our stay.
