We stayed here a year ago and loved it. The condo is in a great location and is nicely set up for a large group. It is very worn in comparison to last year though. The pocket doors and screens don’t work, the dishwasher is broken, various shelves and drawers were not really attached. in addition, they really need to do a deep clean of this condo. It could still be a nice place with some cleaning and fixing attention. Overall, it is still a nice set up!

Perfect for convention center event and some r&r

We really enjoyed how close it was to the convention center, but also how wonderful the beach access was! Best of both worlds. Kinda like a mullet, business up front but party in the back! lol and by party we mean watching the waves and kicking back.

Amazing ocean views!!

The location was wonderful. The ocean views were superb! The property was cozy. Some of the spaces were tighter than anticipated like the garage, gameroom, and one of the bathrooms but overall there was plenty of space to accommodate a large group. The beautiful kitchen was very well equipped. Having access to the beach right outside the back of the property was great!

Really great experience!

We had 10 people staying and had PLENTY of room! The condo has apparently been redecorated recently, and they did a great job. There is artwork in every room, including bathrooms, and it is fantastic beachy decor. The kitchen is very up to date and had everything we could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and clean (and I am picky about cleanliness). The location is fantastic. You can walk right out to the beach and there are chairs, a tent and bicycles! The deck is roomy enough for everyone, has nice furniture, and even some fun lights for nighttime. There is a nice big TV and a cool light under it that looks like a long fire. Not a great description, CNN but it is super cool!

Family Time is the Best

This was an amazing property and we had a great time. The kids loved the secret game room. We loved the separation of the bedrooms so each family had a room. The bathroom configuration was wonderful with a bathtub and small shower on the third floor, a larger shower on the 2nd floor and then a first floor powder room. Decor was so well-done; the teens went on bike rides; the foot washer and the outdoor shower were well thought-out. The views were spectacular and we loved the outdoor space. It does not get much better than this place!!! We just got home and the one kid already is asking to go back to this specific property. All the little details of what you might need were provided and the whole experience was a wow!!

Wonderful oceanfront house next to convention center and boardwalk

We had a wonderful time staying at this oceanfront house! The deck overlooking the dunes, beach and atlantic ocean was the main draw. The house itself looks freshly renovated with spacious living and dining rooms. Also, it had so many beds! Our group of 8 had plenty of private space with our own bathrooms. There was a little secret room that was fun for reading and playing games. Lastly, it was super convenient to all the ocean city attractions like the boardwalk. The convention center is only one block away, so any future events there I'm going to stay here!
