On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, a dining and living area furnished with modern decor, and a convenient half bath. Step out onto the deck off the living room, where you can relax while enjoying views of the canal, complete with a table and chairs. Take the spiral staircase to the second floor, which houses the 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has its own deck overlooking the outdoor pool.
