Recently updated, the updates and decorations provide a cool modern vibe to the unit. In the kitchen, you will find a new oven and microwave. The cabinets were recently painted and have stylish brass hardware. The new countertop, tile backsplash and faucet complete the look. There is a large living and dining area to spread out with a huge TV for your viewing pleasure. The bedroom has a large king size bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo that has a spa shower head. The bathroom cabinet and mirror have been updated. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi.

Conveniently located to North Side Park, it is a great location for families that are participating in events there. The park also has a playground area, pavilion with a grill, crabbing/fishing pier, a paved walking trail and of course those famous fireworks. You'll also be close to many great restaurants/bars, mini golf, go carts, water slides, and movies. The building is located about 2 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City and gives you plenty of room to spread out. When you are tired of the beach, come back and enjoy the pool or take a break on the balcony, watching the activity in the canal. Any way you look at it, you won't be short on things to do during your trip!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

* The pier is not available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 125th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
