Important Notes:
🚮 At checkout, please remove all trash to the outdoor dumpster
🍽 If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load & run the dishwasher
🚿 Additional towels not provided — but in-unit laundry is available for your use

Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent.
