Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park. The unit is walking distance to Alley Oops, the Crab Bag, and Montego Bay shopping center with the new Liberatore’s!
Braemar Towers 304 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of the north tower, overlooking the pool/tennis courts. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 2 TV's with Roku streaming, 1 TV with cable, 1 DVD player, and WIFI. There is a beach locker with a few beach chairs and equipment available for guest use. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Limit of 6 people. There is a $75 Common Area Usage Fee (Credit Cards or Checks Accepted, NO CASH!) for reservations up to a week. If reservation is multiple weeks there is a $75 per week fee due at arrival (Credit Cards or Checks Accepted, NO CASH!) Parking for 1 vehicle. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time. Unfortunately, we had a broken air conditioner one night but the staff was very supportive and compensated us appropriately for the inconvenience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After staying in many VRBOs in the US and in Europe, I was a bit disappointed with this unit. The first issue was an additional $75 maintenance fee I needed to pay for a 3 night stay. This was a hidden fee and since I couldn't really change places, I was stuck with the fee when checking in. The unit was clean although some more dusting could help. The kitchen was clean. I've always had a roll of paper towels in the kitchen when we've arrived. It would have been helpful to keep the place clean during our stay. There was one garbage bag for our stay and we ended up stacking cardboard garbage off to the side. The toaster didn't completely - only one of the slots toasted. The sliders did not slide easily and we were informed at check in that they would be changed soon. The balcony was very nice with a great view of the ocean. Place was quiet and the pool was nice. Grounds were nicely kept - my $75 at work!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found that the condo looked pretty much like the listing photos. The location, pool, and outdoor areas were great, and it was a nice bonus to find beach chairs available in the storage locker (although we had brought our own).There were a few maintenance and comfort items that could be improved. The bathrooms are showing their age, and the cabinet doors in the primary bathroom were broken and hanging off the hinges. One of the sliding door screens was completely off the track and ripped. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable, but the twin beds in the second bedroom could use replacing as they weren't very comfortable.The kitchen was functional but would benefit from a cutting board and a better set of knives. The front door was also difficult to open and didn't feel as secure as it should.One thing future guests should be aware of is the additional fees. In particular, there was a 75 "building access" charge collected upon arrival that wasn't something we expected. Between that and the other VRBO fees, the extra costs added up.Overall, we had a good stay, but with a few updates and better transparency about the additional charges, this property would provide an even better guest experience.

We checked in after 5:00 went to the unit and discovered that it was bare bones. It had no sheets, pillow cases, towels, dish towels, nothing and the TV in the living room which was smaller that in the two bedrooms did not work properly. We went to Century 21 rental agency on site and reported it and they said they would send someone to fix the TV, never happened. They thought we should have had linens looked up the unit and discovered along with us that they only supplied them for 1 week stays, we stayed 5 days and checked out on the 6th day. Also, both screens leading to the balcony was off the tracks and torn with big holes in them. Every time we sat on the balcony we had to lift the screen up and move it to the side. We had to shop at a nearby TJ Maxx for things to make ourselves comfortable that we could have brought with us had we known before hand. Out of habit I always pack toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing liquid, liquid hand soap, sponges, tissues and disinfected wipes, we need all of those things, we didn't even have extra toilet paper. On evening two, a mouse ran across the living room into the Master Bedroom. Again, we went to the rental agent on-site and reported that we saw mice and they asked up how many mouse traps we wanted, reached into a drawer and handed them to us like it was normal. Because the TV in the living room did not work, the only way we could watch a movie was in the Master Bedroom.
