The Space:
Direct oceanfront three bedroom, two full-bathroom condo on the famous Ocean City boardwalk. The living area features a large living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. The end-unit location lets in a lot of natural light for an open feel. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day on the beach. The first bedroom features a king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and television. The third bedroom features a set of bunk-beds which include a trundle. There is a rollaway single bed as well. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible. The condo was recently renovated and is in very good condition. Building amenities include an oceanfront deck, elevator, outside shower and designated parking space. The buildingâs prime location is close to everything Ocean City has to offer. Step right out onto the beach and walk to the Pier, Trimperâs and all of the other amusements at the southern end of the boardwalk. Restaurants, shopping, water sports, coffee shops and more are also close by. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Guests will need to sign the Coastal Life Vacations Lodging Agreement after booking to confirm reservation. General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guestâs request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Property is equipped with an electronic lock. Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.
The condo was beautiful and comfortable! It had everything you needed! I recommend this place highly! The only minor problems were the screen door to patio wonât stay on track and sliding door is hard to open! Door entry lock is hit and miss on opening or locking. And again thank you for a great memory!

Loved the ocean view and far enough down the boardwalk to be away from the noise but still close to the attractions. Property was clean, comfortable and spacious.
Lovely condo, nicely furnished, beds comfortable, bathrooms modern. Walk out and walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Clean, smooth sandy beach. Walk the board or rent a pedal bike for two or more - great deal of fun! Very relaxing.
Wasn't a bad stay ocean front view condo was clean and smelled good the beds are a little hard the parking could be a little better but when i had a question they answered right away i do like the idea that the sheets have to be put on by us because then i knew they where clean
The property was as described, clean, nice, modern. Updated property, with nice kitchen. Location is right on the boardwalk, which is right on the beach. Easy to go back to the room when on the beach! Walking distance to great restaurants - Fish Tails, Coastal Salt, etc.
It is a very busy area, but all of OC is busy.
Great family end of summer get away!
