This place has truly has one of the best views of the ocean in all of Ocean City! Sit and watch the sunrise and the ocean from the balcony of this totally-renovated ocean front 2BR/2BA condo in the Diamond Head community! This modern condo is just steps from the 80th Street Beach and has wide views of the ocean from the balcony and living room. The community has a private pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day) and two parking spots.

Diamond Head is in a great neighborhood in a less crowded part of Ocean City. Our building is only five floors so you won't have to deal with crowds. We are also close to great restaurants and shops like Ropewalk, Bayside Skillet, The Hobbit, Fins, South Moon Under, Fractured Prune, and Victoria's Seafood. The Ocean City boardwalk is a 10 minute drive or bus ride away. You are a short drive away from Assateague National Seashore, amusement parks, kayaking in the bay, and charter fishing. This fabulous condo is in a well-maintained, safe building in a quieter part of ocean city but still close to everything. This is a family-friendly building right on the ocean where you won't find big crowds or high-school partiers.

The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized for each guest. Our place will sparkle from the moment you walk in the door.

You will have one of the best views of the ocean from the private balcony. This unit was recently renovated with a modern, beach theme. The kitchen is completely modern with great appliances and great amenities (ice maker, coffee maker AND Keurig, blender, toaster, toaster oven, stock pot to cook crabs, etc.). All of the balcony furniture is new.

The living room offers plenty of seating space for your group to relax while enjoying view of the ocean in a light-filled living area. There are TVs in the Living Room and Master Bedroom with free HBO and access to your streaming accounts.

This condo sleeps 7 guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed with a new mattress and a flat-screen smart TV. The master bedroom has a private bathroom.

The second bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed with new mattresses that is perfect for families with kids. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are totally renovated with new shower heads, mattresses, decor, fixtures, etc.

The unit includes lighting fast 5G Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Beach chairs and beach toys are provided complimentary.

Assigned parking is available for two cars in the community lot. You will never have to search for a parking spot.

The condo is located on the third floor and is accessed by elevator or stairs. The building and unit is fully handicap accessible. Ramps are in place as an alternative to stairs for easy wheelchair access.

Great vacation

We had a great time on our vacation. Check in was super easy. The owner was super quick to respond with any small questions we had. While it was beautiful staying on the beach, the kids also enjoyed the pool

We had a great time. The beach was beautiful. The apartment was beautiful. The only thing that I can suggest would be a new dryer and the coffee pot did not stay hot.Randy was awesome to work with. He was very helpful with anything I needed. This is a place that we will come back to. overall, it was a great trip and a great experience.

Exceeded Expectations

After reviewing and booking the condo at Diamond Head we had high expectations for our end of summer getaway. But we were blown away. The condo was extremely nice, the view of the beach from the private balcony was breathtaking, the location was ideal, and Randy and Amy’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. We especially enjoyed our time spent on the balcony having our morning coffee and in the evenings taking advantage of the lower temperatures while having tea. And Randy and Amy thought of everything to make their guest’s stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. We look forward to returning.

Great accommodations for a family of Four. My girls loved the bunkbeds. The view from the huge balcony was priceless. Loved being on the beach, leave the complimentary beach chairs on the beach and come up to the room for lunch. The pool was a plus, most beach front condos don’t come with one. We’ll be back!

Wonderful condo!

Family Vacation

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during the beach portion of our vacation! Trips to the beach were easy and frequent, walking out in our bare feet and using provided chairs, umbrella, and toys. The kitchen was well-equipped for our general preference to eat in, except for some take-out from friendly Victoria's steps away. Sleeping arrangements are great. And we all enjoyed down time on our devices on the soft sofas and on the balcony enjoying the view. Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay

Everything about this place was amazing, from the booking to the departure there were no issues. The hosts were very quick with responding to all of my questions. The place was very clean, full of everything we could need. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient for our family. The view is unmatched, we felt like we were in paradise, waking up and sitting on the balcony was our favorite part of the day. The hosts provided everything we needed for the beach, and it couldn’t have been any easier to get to the beach. This place is worth every penny, we made family memories that will last a lifetime.

This condo was beautiful and very clean. Steps from the ocean. The pool was lovely too. We would definitely stay here again. The bus was extremely convenient as it dropped off directly in front of the complex. It is about a 30 minute bus ride to the boardwalk. So many mini golf places along the way.

Loved it!

Diamond Head is in a wonderful location right on the beach. We have stayed in other units in DH but this one has been our favorite. The beachy decor makes it very cozy and inviting. The view from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed, toaster oven, Kuerig, etc. There’s a trash compactor which came in very handy as we make a good amount of trash on vacay. Now we want one for our home! Lots of updates have been done recently. This unit was very comfortable and the perfect size for our family (me and my husband, 2 daughters and my parents). The host, Randall was very helpful and answered my questions right away. He and his wife really care about their guests. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay, my family was impressed with all extra, like beach chairs, wagon etc. we will definitely stay here again. If I had any complaint it would be the water pressure in the shower’s, but it was no big deal, it did not take away the loveliness of the Condo. We would and have recommended this Condo to friends and family.
