Enjoy events on Coastal Highway from the front deck, ideal for watching parades and car shows. The back deck is the perfect spot for a relaxing cookout or sunbathing on the lounge chairs. Just 500 feet from the beach, this property offers easy access without needing to cross Coastal Highway.

This home is designed for hassle-free beach trips, featuring an outdoor hose for quick sandy clean-ups. The one-level home has both front and rear porches, offering comfortable outdoor spaces. Inside, you’ll find 3 Smart Streaming TVs and FREE WiFi for entertainment. With 4 parking spaces, a washer/dryer, and beach essentials including a beach buggy, 4 chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella, your stay is both convenient and enjoyable.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, including children, the property offers a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen, and a third bedroom with two twins. The living room features additional sleeping options with a sofa bed and a queen futon.

To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $100 linen drop-off service, which includes freshly laundered sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Great little house,close to the beach and bus stops. Master bedroom and bathroom was separate from the other 2 rooms. Plenty of space ! Would definitely stay again !!

Girls Weekend

We stayed here for a girls weekend and most of the group was from Canada. We all had a fantastic time and the property was in a prime location! The decor was so cute and it had just about everything we needed. It was a little tight for 8 people and the hall bathroom shower is pretty small. The property manager was super responsive and the location to the beach was the best!

Senior Week in the Yellow House

My friends and I stayed at this rental for a week. We were here with lots of other different friends that were in other properties in the area. Our house was amazing. Right outside a bus stop, so close to the beach, and amazing amenities. Our house was a comfortable size even for the 9 of us and other guests. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely do it again!

The best cottage on Coastal Ave

Perfect location. Beach literally right around the corner. Front and back deck made for some relaxing coffee mornings especially with all the nice furniture provided. 8 girls in our group. Appreciated the 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and lots of mirrors throughtout the house. Kelly is super fast at responding and very welcoming. Book it! You won't regret it!
