SIDE VIEW UNIT IN AN OCEANFRONT BUILDING

Diamond Beach 302 is an oceanfront building located on 39th Street and offers a a great ocean view from the south facing, side balcony. Condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with toaster and toaster oven, drip coffeemaker and more, wifi and cable, plus an outdoor shower to rinse off after a stint at the beach. Diamond Beach is within walking distance to the Convention Center, shops and a number of great restaurants including Barn 34, Tap House Grill and Shotti's Point. This updated two bedroom, 2 bath condo can accommodate up to 8 guests with bed sizes including 1 queen, 2 doubles and a queen sleeper sofa. Unit provides two parking spaces. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Non-smoking Non-vaping. No pets, please.
Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Perfect location for convention center

We stayed here three nights for a cheer competition at the convention center. It was the perfect location, condo was clean and it was great having two bathrooms for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). One issue we had was the WiFi signal was so bad it was unusable even after a modem reset, but in fairness we did not complain to have anyone come out (it was the weekend and figured by the time someone came out we would be about ready to leave).

Awesome condo!

Couldn't be happier with our stay at this condo, for our mom's fall getaway! There was plenty of room for 3 adult women! It is a perfect central location. The unit was clean, updated and well stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare snacks and meals. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and will absolutely consider it for future trips with friends or family!

Great experience!

This condo was fantastic! It was very clean (except the floors
. More on that in a moment) and well stocked. The kitchen had all the appliances, dishes, utensils, and pots/pans needed to cook all meals. The whole kitchen area was modern and in great shape. The balcony overlooks the ocean and had nice chairs to enjoy the view. The owners provided two beach chairs for use on the beach which is right behind the condo. The only complaint I had about this condo was the floors through the entire place were absolutely filthy. We spent two hours of our first day cleaning the floors and vacuuming the carpets. A little sand is understandable but the floors were not even slightly cleaned before check in. Sand, dirt, hair, etc
 Within 10 minutes of getting there our feet were black. Bring shoes to wear inside the condo! Hopefully this was just an oversight before our check in. The rest of the place was very clean. Despite the floors, we would absolutely rent here again!

Nice, well located property right on the beach.

Property was very nice. (But to be fair, I knew that as I've stayed in this same building dozens of times and my parents live one floor below.) The only issues, which were very minor, was that the cleaning crew had only just started cleaning as we were arriving. But, that was of very low inconvenience given my parents place to hang out and wait. It was a well maintained property and my family enjoyed the stay. Would recommend.

It was the perfect getaway for a few days. The place was clean, very nicely decorated, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. The weather was not good, but we made the best out of it. It was steps to the beach and the amusement park which the kids enjoyed very much.

Being a rental company handled check in it was different from the many other VRBO where the owner just sends u the code. Top of email should say read complete email for check in info. I figured it out but could of been way easier!

Overall a pretty nice condo

The property was nice. It had everything we needed (traveling with my husband and two kids). We made the trip during the coronavirus pandemic. We packed our own food and cooked every meal in the kitchen of the condo. All of the sautĂ© pans are Teflon and pretty heavily scratched. If you rent this, I would recommend bringing a sautĂ© pan. There were nice big sauce pots that were not Teflon and In better condition. There was not a good broom to clean up the sand that inevitably comes in from the beach. The vacuum spot the sand right out the back. Other than the pits and the broom situation,’it was a great condo. Also, we drove up at night and got in at 1 am. It was a bit annoying that we had to stop by the central office to get parking passes and access to the condo. Because of the pot, the broom and the check-in j took off a star. Even so, we would considering renting this property again.

Ocean city August 17 to 24th

The property was exactly as described. A few minor issues but nothing really from stopping us from coming back. The property smelled very clean when we entered it and the other tennents on the property are very polite. It was a great trip for both my pregnant wife as well as mother in law. We for sure will stay again next year !

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It was clean, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. Loved being able to have my morning coffee on the deck seeing and hearing the ocean. My family had a wonderful time on vacation and I will definately return!!

Perfect

This is our second year staying here and we love it. It is centrally located to everything, right on the beach, and the perfect size. Having the washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus as well! We will definitely be back next year!
