The location is close proximity to restaurant, stores and 2 blocks from the beach. The community is beautiful. House was nice but definitely need some deep cleaning. We brought our own linens and towels but they do provide them.

Perfect Stay!

The house was amazing and it was a perfect stay for my group of friends. I like how it was in a private community and it was nice to have a private pool and beach. The house only comes with 6 passes for the pool even though it sleeps 12. If you want to have the additional people hang at the pool, you have to pay $70 for each pass for the duration of your stay. You can just walk around and sit on the beach for free though. Highly recommend the house for a family or a friend getaway!

Spacious, Beautiful Condo

This property at Sunset Island was perfect for my family. It was supposed to be 7 adults and 2 kids going but only 5 adults and 1 kid ended up going. Even if everyone went each person would have had a bed. It has plenty of sleeping room and a lot of bathrooms. The property manager is very responsive. We had a problem with a smoke detector when we first got there and someone came with a half hour to fix it. Would definitely stay again!

Golf trip

Wonderful and amazing trip. From the beds being made and the upgraded bath towels and hand towels being hung. Awsome host and just cant say enough. 5 star all the way. Loved the ability to use a garage and have not one but 2 full sized refrigerators. Beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Couches again were very comfortable. Everything was relaxing and easy. We will be going back

Exceptional property

For many years our agency has taken some of our residents on an Ocean City vacation. Our stay here was wonderful despite the remnants of hurricane Ian. The indoor pool and gym were a saving grace. As for the unit itself I can't say enough good things. The house was clean, bright and welcoming. Check in was so simple. Little things like the special welcome sign for our group and the labeling the light switches show how much attention to details the owner shows for his guests. There is even an extra refrigerator in the garage to accommodate large groups and families. The 4-story footprint of the house itself is set up to maximize individual space while maintaining the family feel. The entry floor bedroom was especially appreciated by those who had a slight mobility issue. The amount of soft seating is extensive and the 2 dining tables can seat 18 people. We also loved the balconies and the screened in sunroom. Those of us in the group who are cooks all agreed that this house had the best equipped kitchen of any of our previous rentals. I would suggest that one of the lower cabinets be left empty for food storage. The resort is in a gated community which heightens your sense of security but is also centrally located. If you don't want to use the resort's bay side beach it's only a short walk to shopping and the beach. We would recommend this rental to anyone for a group vacation. A truly 5-star property and owner.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood just a short walk to the bus stop. It had three private beaches, one of which had drink service to the beach. There were a few families enjoying the beach, but it was not too crowded. The house itself was clean, and adorably decorated. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook. Everyone was very happy with this VRBO and we plan on staying here again next year. Thank you for having us!

Great Location

We had a great time at Sunset Island! One of the best things is the close proximity to both ocean side beach and bayside beach/pool... both were an easy walk even with infant in stroller. The A/C was cold and the showers hot, just what we needed. We were 4 adult couples and a 2 year old and there was plenty of room for all of us. Especially appreciated that there was plenty of seating in the living room and dining room to accommodate us all, and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for a great family vacation!
