Staff were friendly and took care of issues promptly. Sink was clogged upon arrival and the staff were quick to resolve the issue. The room could be updated since it was showing it's age. The wall air conditioning unit worked, but there were gaps to the outside.

⭐️ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Stay We stayed here for a family vacation, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Our room had ants and flies everywhere — it was honestly gross. I had to place a Walmart delivery order just to get fly ribbons and ant traps to make the room somewhat livable. To make matters worse, I couldn’t communicate with any of the housekeeping staff due to a complete language barrier. No one understood me, which made it impossible to ask for basic things or get help with the situation. For the price we paid, this stay was not worth it at all. I expected way better. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone.

Property is in an excellent location, we stayed in the oceanfront building, 1st floor room on the boardwalk. The building itself is old and the furniture is definitely outdated. However for the price we paid, you couldn't beat it. Generally pretty clean just old. Would have liked to be able to walk out to the boardwalk from our porch instead of having to walk all the way around, that would be about my only complaint other than the beds aren't the comfiest. Even with that, I'd still stay there again just based off the location.

Not enough power outlets. The bathroom was very small. People up on 3 rd floor very obnoxious during the night into the midnight hour. Those kind of people should be in the 1st floor, not the 3rd. Noise level was suppose to be quiet time between 8 pm & 8am, but that wasn’t the case when I complained. I will not be coming back. The house keeping was very poor.

Nice place, clean rooms and right on the boardwalk. Balcony with view of boardwalk and ocean. Wish the room had a coffee maker (there was a fridge & microwave) but Fractured Prune was a few blocks down and lots of cafes to choose from. No elevator but we got our steps in. Friendly staff and parking spots were nice size and plentiful.

Although the room looked clean, it smelled very musty. We open the door, but the rain and mugness did not help. I could not stay because of my allergies and asthma. They were very nice at the desk, but they could not give me a refund since I went through travelocity. They told me to contact you.

Called to get more nights, was put on hold for over 40 minutes. When we got there for check-in, we waited 30 minutes to show up in the office. The room had a smell ac u it wasn’t cooling enough. The toilet was pee stained ac unit had an area where it wasn’t closed, so flies kept coming in.
