Sleeping arrangements: King, 2 Queens (one is a sofa bed), Pyramid bunk (Full/Twin) with pull-out trundle. Includes Keurig, hair dryers, bedspreads, fans/mirrors in bedrooms, fire sprinklers, vacuum, keyless entry, porch with patio set, outside shower, and a work station. Non-smoking, no pets.
