Some Avail for 2025 Mid Town Ocean City on 69th St Townhome

To provide our guests with a clean and sanitized home, our cleaning service cleans AND disinfects all high-touch surfaces in household common areas (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, keyboards, handles, toilets, appliances, etc.).

We also feature no contact checkin, no need to go anywhere to get keys or checkin.

Our 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome convenient to all of Ocean City and block from the beach. Relax & enjoy our home that is close to many of Ocean City's attractions. The World Famous Boardwalk & Thrasher’s Fries to the sunbathing on the free beach, you can never run out of things to do. Walk right out the front door to the new Mid-Town Boardwalk, the Famous Dough Roller, King Kone Ice Cream or Bonfire for a delicious AUCE dinner buffet and then go next door to play some miniature golf. We offer most of the amenities of your own home including a coffee maker, ironing board, hair dryers, comfortable beds, & many other extras!!! Kitchen comes equipped with granite & stainless steel appliances, toaster, & microwave, cookware and utensils. We have beach stuff like chairs, umbrella and toys in the garage. There are Smart TVs in each bedroom, a large screen Smart TV in family room. We have some board games & movies available. A large capacity washer & dryer located upstairs where the bedrooms are located. Bring your devices, as we have secured wireless which is included!! Each bedroom comes equipped with a ceiling fan, Smart TV, walk in closet, Nightstand and dresser. The extra large Master Bedroom has a balcony & large bathroom with a soaking tub. For your convenience, Bed and Bath linens are rented for your stay.

We loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do. The condo had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable and homey.So key points for future renters...‱3 different directions on where to leave linens upon departure (in garage/on front stoop/where we found them) the last os ultimately where we left them.‱Beach gear is limited. Ultimately we had to buy an umbrella because it was broken. Chairs are low seating, not bad just for reference. If your older could be difficult to get out of. If you have little kids nothing really for them to play with.‱Owner should have someone checking between tenants...dishwasher was full of dishes (clean) but rental paper work says to put away. Garbage bin in garage was full of garbage and ashes about 4 smaller bags and one big one which was open and 1/2 spilled. When I notified owner he asked me to dump it with our trash.Again, overall we really liked the townhouse but I should have been more vigilant about checking everything when we first got there.

2024 family vacation

This was our second time staying here. The place is a perfect spot- close to the beach, bars, restaurants and mini golf. Owners are very responsive. We look forward to retuning next year!!!

Great stay but bring your own beach equipment

Great stay overall my only complaint is some of the the beach equipment was rusty. I also found wet socks/other clothing in the beach equipment. The house was in a great location. It was clean inside and the rooms were perfect.

An Absolute Joy!

Without question will I come back here to stay. The owners ado over and above. You don’t have to be beach front or bayside
.you are right in the middle of all amenities and it’s literally a short walk to the beach
like honestly, if you forget something or want to go back and make lunch, no big deal! They have a bayside pier with a beautiful sunset
it’s the best of both worlds. I’d say this
for a family it’s just perfect! We absolutely loved this home! It was a good vibe walking in and a great feeling walking out knowing how great of iof a good time we had.

I appreciated having all of the beach equipment available to us during our stay. The upstairs bedroom size and layout was better than expected. The downstairs layout and size was smaller than I expected.

Great roomy place

Me, my husband, and our 7 year old boy stayed here for six nights. The location is perfect, one block to the beach and many things nearby like mini golf, restaurants and market. The house was pretty clean overall and decorated really cute. The linen rental is a great idea, we didn't need it but still good to have! The air works great was nice and cool entire time, everything in updated working order like the appliances showers, sinks, etc. I only have two complaints: 1. The main entrance through the garage door into the kitchen door is convenient, but the actual kitchen door into the house doesn't fully shut or lock... The handle has been fixed that way. This makes the house very prone to bugs that we were swatting the whole time... Flies, fruit flies. 2. The remote controls were extremely difficult to figure out to work the tv and cable. Each room has at least two remotes, some of which didn't work even after batteries being changed. All the remotes are different so once you figure it out in one room, you have to figure it out differently in the next room. I hope they can simplify this process in the future because it was quite time consuming and, with a kid, you really need the tv to work easily. Overall nice place and owners very quick getting back to me when I had questions.

Birthday weekend with my daughter and friends

The townhouse was spacious to allow the teenagers their space and the adults some quiet. It was in a quaint neighborhood away from the main road but a quick walk to the beach.
