Wonderful. Staff cared, location was excellent, comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed waking up with views of sunrise and beach, then few steps away you get access to many restaurants and stores. The proximity to beach was amazing, beach was very clean. Access to boardwalk is not few steps away but manageable. Our family enjoyed every minute and would love to come back!

Perfect beach stay

We loved our stay. The condo was comfortable and very well equipped. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. The starter pack they provide is a great convenience. The view and location can't be beat...just a very short walk over the dunes to the beach. I especially enjoyed coffee on the balcony at sunrise. From booking to checking out the entire staff was extremely helpful and responsive.

Our family loved the location of this condo! We were able to enjoy the beach and the pool! Communication was great with the owners. The unit was a bit dated and had a noticeable smell (it may be in the carpet). Overall experience was pleasant and we were able to create great memories as a family. Summer Beach 103

All in all this property was as described. I would not necessarily want to rent this particular unit again though due to the fact that the swimming pool is adjacent to it. The blinds that were on the master bedroom were very sheer and see through and that was disconcerting with the pool in full view through those closed sheer blinds. The oceanfront view was wonderful, however, as well as the street location!

Great crash pad

This was used for our trip as a crash pad. We didn’t know that would be the case but it ended up that way. Sold out festival weekend and late booking. The view was fantastic and high enough that you can see the waves despite the dunes. The positives are that the management company was wonderful and very accessible. Going so far as to give a starter pack of things for the condo in a town that does not give linens/trash bags/dishwasher tabs/toilet paper. Beds were very comfortable, which is difficult to find these days. They had cable tv, which no one has any more for rentals. Overall, a fine place for a quick sleep but not a place for a week-long stay. It was extremely well-used. Dirt and grime everywhere. Despite dirt all over the walls/door frames etc, the wallpaper shows that it hasn’t been updated since its inception. Massive puddle/flooding outside of the front door. We didn’t end up staying for the remainder of the trip due to the unit being so uncomfortably unclean.
