The condo features a full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Enjoy central A/C, free WiFi, cable TV, three flat-screen TVs, three DVD players, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The building offers parking for two cars, an outdoor pool with a kiddie pool, and an outside shower. Centrally located, you’ll be close to restaurants, nightlife, and amusements. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. The owner rents to groups only for the weeks of 5/30 and 6/6 with a $1,000 security deposit; all other weeks are family-only rentals with a $300 security deposit.
