Best location in Ocean City! This 2nd floor unit is just 2 blocks from Ocean City's famous boardwalk and furnished with everything you need for you beach vacation. The Three Cheers building has an elevated outdoor pool (opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day weekend) with great views of Coastal Highway. Located directly across the street from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Speed World and Splash Mountain you won't find a better spot for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to many restaurants including Higgins Crab House, Mother's Cantina, 28th St Pit-n-Pub, Dry Dock 28, Ristorante Antipasti, Guido's Burirrito's, OC Wasabi, Tommy's Sub Shop, and many more.

Furnished with everything you need for your beach vacation this 377 sq ft efficiency with kitchenette maximizes space with a queen size Murphy bed that is easily pulled down from the wall at night and allows for more space during the day. In addition the pull out queen size sleep sofa has an upgraded mattress, so you can sleep a maximum of 4 guests comfortably in our unit. This is the perfect place to relieve your stress and make vacation memories to last a lifetime.

Daughter and I stayed for 3 nights for a concert. Efficiency was exactly as described & pictured. Fabulous communication with host! Loved the murphy bed! And we really appreciated the heater, after a long day outside in the rain. Would stay here again, and my daughter agreed.

amazing experience and location!

we absolutely loved staying here. everything felt seamless from check in to check out. the location was prime for heading to the beach. the pool was a lovely touch; i spent a lot of time there! we were walking distance to the boardwalk and lots of other desirable locations for an evening out. couldn’t have asked for a better stay and i will be back!

Super easy and laid back process

The property manager was super accommodating! Quick to respond! And even faster, the problem solved! Super cozy little place for a couple. Definitely more space than it looks like. Not directly on the beach but close enough and right a clothes from an awesome crab place. The pool was nice and clean. Also pretty close to the boardwalk. Would stay again

Great Location!

Carl was a wonderful host from start to finish - highly responsive any time I had questions. Although I wasn’t accustomed to having to bring my own linens (sheets and towels) and basic necessities (ie, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), the property was well-stocked with other household essentials (ie, dishes, water filter, coffee maker). One of the two evenings we did have challenges with TV connection however, such did not impede the quality of our stay. Carl’s place is the PERFECT proximity to 2 of our favorite spots in OC - Shotti’s point and Riptide Pool Bar. Not to mention the great beach access and inclusion of parking. Overall, this property made for a great kid-free weekend getaway for my husband and I. Be sure to check out Carl’s place if you’re in OC!

Convenient location to beach

I stayed by myself while my daughter was at a lacrosse camp nearby. Convenient location to sit on the beach or take an evening walk on the boardwalk. I’ve never been to Ocean City before, so I was a bit surprised by the loud traffic, but with the ac on I was able to sleep well in the comfy bed. One suggested upgrade would be room darkening shades begins the blinds to keep out the light from the balcony and area businesses.

Location was perfect. Quiet from people, still within walking distance of boardwalk/Jolly Rogers. Carl (Host) was communicative, was very easy to get inside. Perfect for 2 adults and child. On smaller side space wise but can't beat price/location. Friendly neighbors. Tips for future travelers: No bath mat, bring extra towel/mat for floor & Extra towel for front door & sandy feet. there will be sand EVERYWHERE by end of week. :)

Ocean City Condo

Location is good, quiet area, not a lot of noise, everyone in the condo was respectful of the other occupants. Room was cozy, worked well for us as we were out most of the day and had a nice comfortable place to sleep. The wife especially loved sitting on the porch in the evenings.

Beach vibes

My boyfriend and I decided on going to OC for the weekend. I found Carl's place and it looked exactly like the pictures. Carl was a fantastic host. The property was very clean and my boyfriend and I had a very relaxing fun weekend. We loved that there was places to eat in a walking distance and the boardwalk wasn't that far of a drive. The beach was beautiful and not a far walk at all. We plan on coming back again. Thank you Carl for letting us stay at you're 2nd place from home.

Mini Vacation

My son and I stayed at this property for a short mini vacation. The description of the place was accurate. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but everything we did need was there. We forgot a few things but the place was located within walking distance to a mini mart. The neighbors were all very nice. This was our first time using Vrbo and I didn’t know what to expect. The communication with our host Carl was great. We had our check-in information several days ahead of our trip. He checked with us throughout the trip. We will for sure book an another trip.
