Located in the heart of Ocean City, This Townhouse/Condo is a dream vacation on the water. Enter into the first floor, that features a full kitchen, dining and living area with all new furniture, 65" TV and half bath. Walk out to your beautiful deck overlooking the water with brand new outdoor furniture. Have fun crabbing and fishing. Crab cages provided. Walk up the spiral staircase to a 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a queen bed with an outdoor deck, TV and full bath. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, single over double bunk beds overlooking the water, TV and full bath. Don't forget the Olympic size new pool located steps from your front door. This property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Beach, Restaurants and Grocery store in walking distance. Free Wi-Fi. Parking for 1 and a shared 1. Plenty of off-street parking. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Ocean City. Smoking in unit is prohibited. Animals prohibited.

Please note-June, July and August rentals is 7 days min. from Saturday to Saturday.

We had a lovely stay for the Country Calling festival. The place was cozy, clean and comfortable. I loved the costal vibe of the decor. So bright and cheery. Communication was excellent. Also enjoyed sitting on the patio. Quaint and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Rich was an amazing host! He went above and beyond to make sure our family was able to enjoy our vacation. From driving 8 hours in one day just to fix something so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. He put up with all my questions throughout the stay as well lol Not to mention how cute his place is. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks again Rich!
