Beautiful Luxury Vinyl Tile floors, stunning renovated kitchen and the den is enclosed with a queen bed. Plenty of sleep space in this condo! Open concept floor plan that leads to the floor to ceiling windows (sliding glass doors) that overlooks the pool. Like to people watch? Like live music? Like to avoid the elevators? Then this is your perfect vacation rental! Plenty of sitting area with a large couch and loveseat in the living room and six chairs around the dining room table. You won't want to go anywhere else after being in this beautiful condo for a week. Maximum occupancy is 8. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has two doubles, the den has a luxurious queen, and is a queen sleep sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.. The condo was very dirty. They had to come back to clean again. Mold in the bathrooms. Very hard to stay there. The condo needs a Deep clean The outdoor furniture we had to wipe down to sit on. The table and chairs in the dining room we had to wipe down. We did more cleaning than the people that cleaned. Would never stay at that condo again. I have stayed at the Plaza for 20 years and every condo has been very nice. Not this one.

Disappointed

Let me just say that we’ve been coming to Ocean City for 40 years and love it. We have only been staying at the plaza for the past two years. Last year was a disaster this year. We thought we had a unit that was all updated and everything was together. It was disappointing as the handle on the microwave swung like a pendulum when we tried to open up the microwave. The refrigerator was falling apart on the inside. The shower in the master bathroom was very difficult to get in with a step that was at least a foot high And the doors opening that we had to walk into the shower sideways, but there were no bars to hold onto. Very dangerous. There were only two wine glasses for five adults. There were only three good size coffee mugs although there were multiple tea cups available. But let’s be honest who use tea cups anymore? The pork had four seats and again we rented for six people. We had maintenance up twice. There was an alarm We had maintenance up twice. There was an alarm that no one could find where it was coming from. We changed the battery on the keypad lock, we checked the fire alarms, and we double checked the dryer. Neither we nor maintenance could find where this alarm was coming from and it went off several times in the middle of every night. One of the burners on the stove, created a crackling sound from the back of the stove. An appliance man was called in, which we had to go back to the unit for in the middle of a beautiful day. We loved the location and decor.
