This hotel should be put out of business as it rents to woman who get paid by the hour. Not a fan of having them as a neighbor considering we were on a 19 hour road trip. The property and service was horrible I will never stay there again. Yuck!

I have traveled quite a bit, stayed in a lot of hotels. This is the worst most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Words cannot describe. We didn't even want to sit on the bed let alone sleep. The broken toilet was the final straw. I have stayed at Days Inn in other cities and never had a bad experience. This one was horrible. We left and got a room at a different hotel.

The property is completely shut down on the inside. You have to check in from a window that states no refunds no food don’t ask I’ll send you pictures as well. I need a refund from the property and the room was a nightmare.

The first room we were offer didnt smell good and the vanity light didnt work and the light by the bed didnt work. We switched rooms, the k8ghts worked and didnt smell as bad. We ended not staying and went home at the end of the day. And they dont serve breakfast, no ice machine

Don't Stay Here- Just Don't.

You could not check in at the front desk- there was a small window you had to go to. We arrived close to midnight and it took forever for someone to come to the window. I rang the door bell, called the hotel. On the window it had a list of things they did not have and encouraged you to cancel for a refund prior to checking in. Breakfast is advertised- they did not have breakfast. Once in the room, our A/C did not work. Our TV did not work. There were cigarette ashes all over the bathroom. I knew this wasn't a super nice hotel, but I didn't realize it was a pay by the hour crack hotel. This shouldn't even be advertised on hotel websites. It's very misleading. They clearly have a certain demographic they cater to, and families just needing a clean place to sleep for the night is not one of them. I will say the lady that assisted us the next day and helped us move rooms was very nice and I'm very grateful for her. She probably should work in a nicer hotel, she certainly could. But the conditions of the first night were unacceptable and disgusting. If it hadn't been so late and we were only there to sleep, we would have just cancelled and gone somewhere else. Again though- arriving late to what appeared to be "cheap" hotel- we did not expect it to be in the terrible conditions it truly was. This should not be advertised at all- and no one should stay there ever.

HORRIBLE!! A PLACE WHERE NIGHTMARES ARE MADE!! READ THIS FULL REVIEW BEFORE YOU BOOK ANYTHING WITH WYNDHAM PROPERTIES!! I saved for 3 months to take my children to frontier city for a 1 night staycation I rented 2 rooms for this 1 night trip to OKC, I was also gonna stop by Tinker AFB to get a few things from the commissary too. My final receipt for my hotel stay said final total $110 dollars but they charged my card an additional $60 dollars for a deposit ($30 dollars per room)!! When I got in the rooms they assigned us, rooms #220 & #221, they were were horrible!!! One room had no AC, needed hoovered, and there was dirty bedding on the beds. The 2nd room had also not been hoovered and had dirty bedding with one comforter having several cigarette burns, even though these where supposed to be non smoking rooms but even more disturbing there was black mold on the ceiling in the shower in the bathroom - i called the front desk many times to report all this with no one answering the phone- as I walked down to the front receptionist i koticed even the hotel fire extinguishers expired in july 2023!! I went down to the check in window, which is outside - there's a large sign on the lobby doors that say no hotel guests allowed!! - the on site property manger after hearing what I had to say stated she has no other open rooms available to move us to and I said I don't want to be moved i want a complete refund and she told me I was only eligible for a partial refunf
