"Great place to stay."

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and always had a good experience. However, this time our stay was not up to their regular standards. Our room had an obvious previous water issue, with a huge portion of the wall involved. During the night the leak started again and woke us up. The floor was wet and water was actively running down the wall and dripping from the ceiling. Since it was around 3 am, I opted to not switch rooms. We had only been given one bath towel so I had to call to get another, let alone enough to wipe up the water. The staff here is excellent and gives great service. I just feel that the property has deteriorated somewhat. "

"excellent roof top bar and walking distance to all the shops. I would have given them 5 stars if the employee working the front desk would allow us to check in earlier. The hotel not was not busy and they made us wait until 4."
