Awesome staff! Room was clean, and the area was nice. If you’re prone to waking up in the middle of the night because of random noises this might not be for you. I sleep through everything so traffic noise wasn’t bad at all.

Cozy room that is a nice surprise in contrast to the outside of the building. Mini fridge and microwave available in room, plenty of space to hang clothes, dresser available as well. Comfy love seat in the room. Biggest pleasent surprise is their internet was immaculate! Strong signal, no drops. Staff was always cheerful and welcoming.

Had to leave early cuz the floor was leaking in the bathroom between the tub and toilet, under the desk in the corner of the room and by the front windows. Offered a downgrade to a single bed to stay with no compensation for our wet items. Once we decided to leave was only offer a small refund that didn't even cover the last night let alone the two nights we had to cover because their floor was leaking. Also, we discovered a couple of cockroaches alive and well, scurrying across the floor. I strongly recommend against this spot. Has a lot of potential but still in disrepair as well as staff not knowing how to handle customer service issues. Super disappointed in my 2 of the 4 days booked to stay.
