Spacious house with pool! This fantastic executive 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms home is located on the subdivision of Windsor Hill Resort and is one of the closest vacation communities to Disney, just 3 miles away. Furnished to the highest standard with every conceivable extra. The open plan living and kitchen area lets you relax in style. there is also a large separate living area as you enter the house. There are 4 master suites and if you need internet access, its already installed. This holiday vacation villa has it all.

The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect in a home of this caliber with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would expect. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes too, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well. BBQ can be rented for $55 plus tax

We took my daughter & 6 of her friends to Halloween Horror Nights for her 18th bday. This house was absolutely perfect! Plenty of beds/bedrms & bathrooms to accomodate them plus a great family room & pool for hanging out. The converted garage/gameroom was perfect for late night hangouts & games & far enough from the master bedroom for mom & dad to sleep. House was clean, nicely decorated & a great area not too far from Universal.

Amazing!

This place is GORGEOUS! My kids (10&7) asked if we could buy it and live there forever! Pictures are completely accurate. The house surpassed our expectations! We loved not having any neighbors behind the house and we could even see Disney fireworks at 9PM every night! Well worth your money!

Disney trip

House is a perfect location for a family Disney trip. Everything was as promised, and it was huge to be able to bring our fur-children. Just remember to bring your own paper towels, facial tissue, and extra toilet paper and trash bags

Let me say the home is Beautiful but when we arrived the house smelled like cigarettes I immediately called the host and told him he told me it had to be my imagination he was just there I was like wow, we payed for the pool to be heated pool was cold they came the next morning and turned on heater, most of the beds were horrible when you have a home this nice invest in comfortable beds, pots and pans are cheap,ice maker or water on fridge doesn’t work washing machine doesn’t work properly but they wanted all towels washed and dried before checking out and there were no wash clothes we bought some

Disney Vacation

Our family of five had a great time. Super safe gated community with sidewalk access for working out . This home is located in the perfect location. Close to WDW , restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely choose this house again when visiting Disney.

Kissimmee home with pool

Overall, this was a wonderful home. The pool was great. The only bad parts was the propane tank for the grill was empty so we had to get a new tank from Walmart gas station ($26) and the net to clean the bugs from the pool had hole in it so we bought one but they replaced it the next day (monday); there were bugs and a caterpillar in the front bedroom; the master bedroom ceiling light was not working; the master bed frame leg was a hazard-not enought room between closet, dresser and bed and toe hit the leg of the bed frame many times until we put a towel around it. Other then these few items it was a wonderful stay and we watched the disney fireworks every night from our back porch!

Ideal for large group

Four bedrooms and four bathrooms makes this a great property for mixed crowd of adults and teens. Easy access to Disney locations, and a good variety of stores and eating places nearby along highway 192. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Pool and game room are nice to have, but we kept to busy in the parks to find time to use. Windor HIlls also has large pool, game area and mini-store, but a little too far for walking.

Weekend Getaway

Worked great for our quick weekend getaway. House is nice, community was nice. Location close to alot of shops/restaurants. Only suggestion would be provide paper towels and garbage bags. Had to go buy some the next morning. Fan in the game room that works would be helpful.
