The house was nicely decorated and we felt right at home. The property responds very quickly on all emails. We were there when there was a heat wave, so the temperature was a bit warm as there were no fans and rule not to lower temperature below 72. There is also no water kettle so we had to boil water for tea with pots on the stove. Other than that we had a great stay and would recommend.

Girls Weekend.

Everything was great, They stayed in constant communication with me but I never needed anything. The only problem was the walls were pretty dirty and damaged needed to be painted orher than that all was great for our girls weekend. I would stay again.

Great big home, cozy, just needs some TLC

The home is spacious and a great location. Having our own pool was awesome. Resort amenities are fantastic. We really enjoyed the hideaway club. The home needs repairs, lots of little broken things that look like they've been repaired, but were repaired poorly. The home needs to be painted. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. Recommend bringing your own frying pan, and cooking tongs. Pack toliet paper, paper towels, garabage bags, dish washing soap and laundry soap. You're only provided enough of these products to last a couple of days. Also bring face cloths, those aren't provided at all.

This is a well maintained beautifully decorated home. I did have a few issues: first of all the maintenance man entered the home without any notice. He didn't knock, ring doorbell NOTHING. He did apologize but why was he there? No repair or mention of a repair was even attempted. I digressed a little back to the property. There were no face towels or dish towels. They asked that you start the laundry upon leaving but didnt provide detergent and they could use some baking pans. Those are the only minor flaws. The location was ideal less than 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants. Minutes to Disney Parks about 12 minutes to International Drive. And lets not forget Carlos, being close to things means lots of shopping. I was running a few minutes behind with checkout loading my bags he was patient and kind. Thanks again Carlos for maintaining such a beautiful piece of property. Keep up the GREAT WORK this home was very clean. My family has a new home in Florida. The grandkids are already planning another trip this year. So it seems we'll be back. They only reason I didnt give this home 5 stars was because of the issue with the maintenance man. However, the property is definitely worth the money. So dont hesitate.......book and ENJOY. WE DID!!!!!!!!

Went on a four day family trip to Orlando. Great location, about 15 minutes to Disney parks, and about 25-30 minutes to Universal. Place was clean and beds were comfy plenty of space for our group of 8. Cell service was not so great and communication with the property company could use some improvement since cell reception isn’t great in the community.
