FIVE STAR, LUXURY CONDO with over 160 five star reviews and kept immaculate! GREAT LOCATION! SMART TV'S. FREE PARKING! FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET! DISNEY IS 5-9 MILES, UNIVERSAL IS 15-20 MINUTES. ALDI, CVS, RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. UNIT IS ON THE TOP FLOOR (THIRD) IT IS VERY QUIET WITH NO NOISE ABOVE THE UNIT. THERE IS AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING. THE UNIT IS 1300 SQ, FT. ALL LINENS AND TOWELS SUPPLIED AND REPLACED FREQUENTLY.

-ROOMS AND FEATURES:
The exterior of the resort has been recently painted and looks great. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub/ shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom attached with double sinks and a stall shower. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. There is a balcony with a table and chairs and chaise lounge for relaxing!

-RELAXING, BEAUTIFUL AND FUN AMENITIES:
Just a few steps to the clubhouse with a pool, hot tub and sauna. Please note: The pool is not heated and the water may be cooler at certain times of the year. There is a ping pong table, as well. Clubhouse has a kitchen with large lounge/ work area and a big screen TV. A workout room is also included.
THE AREA:
THE RESORT IS SET BACK AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE AND VERY QUIET, YET CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! THERE IS MUCH TO DO IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.

**OLD TOWN** Old Town has shopping, restaurants, rides and Saturday night cruise night.
** CELEBRATION** IS OFF OF RT 192, THERE ARE MANY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS AND A BEAUTIFUL LAKE.

The location is so close to Disney. Getting there and back to the condo after leaving the parks was so easy and convenient. Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This is our second time saying at Michele and Ron’s. It’s always comfortable, roomy and clean. The complex is quiet and in a good location (close to the parks and Old Town, for a change of pace). We had a little bit of an issue with the elevator but the complex had it taken care of very quickly. Since our daughter lives there we will definitely be back.

Great location. No noise from neighbors at all. The pool and hot tub were a close walk. The unit is nicely decorated and had everything you could need. The hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again when I visit this area.

The Condo is great and as advertised. The condo is clean and well supplied. Wi-Fi works great and parking is close and convenient. Location to services is also good.The only reason it is not "excellent" is the lack of property management and condition of the common areas. The hot tub, sauna, and gate were both not functioning for our entire 11-night stay. The grills are filthy, and the permanent resident policy of leaving garbage outside everyone's door in 90' heat is not the best idea. All of this in itself is manageable, but the attitude of any of the 3-5 people sitting inside the clubhouse all day is not doing the place any favors.It's too bad some things outside the owners control, diminish this property.

Quick getaway

We were only in town for 3 nights but the condo was perfectly suited for all our needs. Convenient location in nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping all very close. Condo comes with pool/beach toys so you can enjoy the nice pool.

School vacation!

This place was excellent! The pictures were accurate and up to date, the hosts were very responsive, and the condo was clean. We visited the Disney and Universal Parks as well as Icon Park and experienced an airboat ride and this condo was in a very convenient location to all of these places. We would stay here again!

Great location

Well located, close to pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants. Having 2 bathrooms within the appartment was highly appreciated. Appartment is well equipped (even with accessories for the beach).We stayed for the week with the kids and everybody was satisfied!
