Upon entering the home, you'll be amazed by the expansive living area. The open kitchen will appeal to the chef of the family as it's well equipped with stainless-steel appliances, large island, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a huge dining table with views of the adjacent pool. Neighboring the kitchen and dining is the living area with a comfy sectional sofa and flat screen tv – perfect for lounging around after a day at the parks!

Movie night will be a sure hit as this home has a pretty epic theater with tiered seating and popcorn all over the walls. Nearby you'll find an equally impressive game room complete with bubble hockey, shuffleboard, giant wall Scrabble, pool table, and a classic upright arcade.

When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of the eleven bedrooms including one of two master suites each with king-size beds, mounted television and adjacent ensuite. You'll find other rooms with Queen size beds and a couple with themed bunk beds which the young ones will love.

You'll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you'll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

Neighborhood
Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You're less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Great shops and eateries such as Ford's Garage, Carrabba's, Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House, and Cracker Barrel are all within 10 minutes on Irlo Bronson/ 192.

21 of us had such an amazing stay. This home is super spacious so everyone has plenty of room to spread out. Double refrigerators, dishwashers and two sets of washers & dryers made all the difference. We paid for the pool to be heated and in the past I’ve had pools that still didn’t feel very “heated” after the extra cost. That was not the case here. The temperature was perfect and the hot tub was great as well. We had to reach out one evening with some troubleshooting and the management team was extremely quick to respond and help. The very next day someone came out to replace a fallen smoke detector and the maintenance person followed up with a call to make sure everything was good. This property was clean but it’s also a vacation rental so you have to expect some wear and tear. The kitchen is stocked enough to make do with pretty much anything you need. The only thing was that there was a grill in the photos and that was not included. We could rent one for a few from a recommended company but we just did without. One thing to mention is that the photos are a bit older as the couch is now a plush grey sectional and not a white leather couch but this was to my excitement because with children in our group I was least excited about the prospect of a white leather couch. I was pleasantly surprised to see a big comfy grey cloth one instead. We would absolutely think of this property again for future visits. Thank you so much!

Great house and layout, perfect for reunions and group get-togethers. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. For a large group, a few kitchen essentials were missing at first, including large bowls, pans, and enough utensils. After reaching out, the management company promptly provided those. We missed hooks or racks in bathrooms, and a grill. Tissues, coffee filters, and garbage bags were missing. Would have liked thicker, absorbent towels and towel holders by the sink. Overall the amenities were great and we enjoyed our stay.

This is the best house we’ve ever stayed at during our group trips to Orlando. There were so many differences between this house and others we’ve stayed at: 1)when they say there is room for 20, they really mean 24 people can sleep comfortably, but they can also all sit together for meals, games, watching TV and playing games in the living room. 2)The backyard is amazing and very private. You can’t see neighboring backyards and they can’t see you. 3)The pool and hot tub really get to the right temperature. Usually you pay for pool heating but the pool’s temperature never reaches the desired temperature. Not in this house. The temperature was perfect, so we really enjoyed it. 4)The host responded super quickly every time I reached out. Many of us did not leave the house all weekend, for anything other than going to buy groceries. I very highly recommend this house. I will definitely be staying here again in future trips.

Overall great stay pictures need to be updated. The two full over twin bedrooms are just that no tumblers as it may appear on pictures. Other than that no other complaints.

We needed a big place to house our girls soccer team, their coach and our family. This house has room and space for everyone to enjoy and focus on their game each day. Their’s 2 fridges and a washer and dryer on each floor so everyone were able to do all the laundry they needed. The game rooms were a big hit. Also, whenever we had any problems with anything in the house, there’s always someone to come to fix it as soon as we called. Great experience! Would highly recommend

Sadly disappointed

The place was as pictured. Unfortunately, the place was dirty. The surfaces and bathrooms were clean and the bedding had been changed. One mattress pad was soiled. Some of the towels had stains on them. The walls, doors and banisters were filthy. The carpet in the living room was filthy. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, which VRBO reimbursed us for. The bottom oven had an odor of old food and needed to be cleaned. The upstairs patio furniture was filthy. The owner sent the grounds crew out the day of our arrival but it was really nothing they could do. They changed the bedding for the soiled mattress pad. The place needs a deep cleaning. There were also pieces of broken glass around the pool deck and one guest cut her foot. One of the beds was broken. Once again the owner was notified. He turfed it to the grounds crew and they never came. This was a great place, spacious and plenty of room for our 16 guests. I really wish the owner would put the effort and money into the upkeep. If it weren't for the filth, we would've definitely recommended it.

Corner lot!

Absolutely flawless! Recommend 100% Element property management and this location were perfect. Stayed for baseball tournament with other families and had everything listed and described. Following extensive search we had a fantastic stay with ample room for all, activities keeping kids/teens occupied and more than expected stocked of homegoods/linen. Recommend bringing toiletry and pantry items such as trash bags, soaps, etc.

Large well appointed home

We had a great time four our group of 14. More then enough space in this house to never feel the least bit crowded. The house had so many fun things to do inside of it no one wanted to leave. Would definitely book again.

Great Family Home!

We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday party! We loved all the adult theme rooms and that they had their own bathrooms. The kids loved the beautiful murals in their rooms as well. The table is HUGE and we had fun eating together and putting together puzzles. The space is big enough to all be in a space having fun without being on top of each other. I loved all the game options! We didn't get to stay long but it was fun. The visitor parking lot is right across from the house. The double fridge was great! The beds were comfy!

Great staycation for a large family gathering

We stayed this past weekend and had a wonderful time. There were some issues when we arrived with cleanliness of the pool and the grill as well as the quality of the outdoor cushions. I was impressed with how quickly the management company responded to issues. They sent Carlos over to clean the pool and the grill very quickly. They did not have time to replace the cushions so I am hoping that gets done soon. When we could not get the theater TV to work they sent Justin over, he found the correct remotes, reprogrammed it and had it ready for us to use that afternoon. One evening we had a neighboring house that kept everyone awake so just before midnight I messaged the management company and once again, Justin responded immediately. He called security and the issue was handled. We rent a home every summer and this was BY FAR the BEST customer service we have experienced. The house was HUGE - the pics do not do it justice. Having 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were ideal for our family of 12. There were plenty of outdoor chairs. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to go around. I would recommend the pool towels be replenished and replaced. They were mostly bath towels and pretty worn out and threadbare. We brought our own from home. I would recommend they update the patio cushions and the pool towel supply. We would stay here again without hesitation. Excellent customer service and a beautiful home.

Family Reunion Weekend

My family and myself had a wonderful time on this property. We were a large party and the property was very accommodating. The backyard felt totally private allowing my family to truly enjoy the property. The property management team was very professional and accommodating from begin to end. I would highly recommend this property!

Fun, comfortable and relaxing.

We had an awesome stay! Brought our entire office for a conference and enjoyed the parks! Comfortable beds, pool and hot tub was amazing! We stayed 7 nights and they were lovely. We had 15 people stay and we fit very comfortably!

Perfect for all

The property was as described and offered lots of amenities for all ages. My family really enjoyed the game room in the garage and pac man arcade game upstairs. My family only had minor challenges balancing the temperature due to the extreme heat outside, but were able to locate some fans which addressed the issue. I would definitely stay in this home again, especially with kids of all ages.

Excellent Stay!

Twelve adults stayed multiple days at this great property! One of the cleanest we’ve stayed in during our trips to Orlando. The house was as advertised and the management company was easy to work with and very responsive. We will book again!
