There was mold everywhere when I walked out of the elevator to my floor there were 3 buckets with an active leak in which the ceiling had visible mold. When I walked into my room it smelled like walking into an indoor pool minus the chlorine

The property was ok. Unfortunately after santizing everything I moved to the bathroom and the toilet didnt flush. They did move us to another room but had to go thru the sanitizing process all over. Then the pool pump broke but it was fixed the next day. The hot tub was not hot but the jet were ok.

The tub in our room was broken and there were some problems with the plumbing system but we talked to someone in the front desk and they were able to change our room. In conclusion, the facilities are old but the customer service is quick and efficient.

When I checked in, I received 2 key cards. I got to my room and neither card would unlock the door. I went back to the lobby while my family stayed at the door. The staff reprogrammed the key cards. Went back to the room and the first card didn’t work, but the second one did. That was the only time either card worked. The rest of our stay, someone had to be in the room and we would knock. The bunkbed made noises everyone my granddaughter moved and felt like the bed was going to fall. I would not recommend if you have children.
