### The Space

Welcome to your family's home-away-from-home at the beautiful Encantada Resort, just minutes from the magic of Disney! This welcoming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse is the perfect retreat for up to 8 guests, offering a perfect blend of comfort and fun with a stunning lake view.

Unwind in the cozy living room after a day of adventure, where you can stream your favorites on the Smart TV. The open layout flows into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essentials for preparing delicious family meals. Step outside to your private, screened-in patio to enjoy your own sparkling pool and attached spa, perfect for a refreshing dip while overlooking the tranquil lake.

**First Floor:**

**Second Floor:**
* Master Suite (Bedroom 2): A spacious retreat with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 3: A fun, themed room with two Twin beds, perfect for younger guests.
* Bedroom 4: Another cozy Queen bedroom.
* A shared bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4.

For your convenience, the home includes central AC and heating, free WiFi, linens, towels, and hairdryers. A pack-and-play is also available upon request.

### Guest Access

Enjoy the ease and flexibility of self check-in upon arrival. You will have exclusive access to the entire two-story townhouse, including the private pool and lakefront patio.

Your stay also includes full access to the fantastic amenities within the gated Encantada Resort. This includes a clubhouse with two zero-entry heated pools, a hot tub, a poolside bar, a fitness center, and a kids' game room and playground. The resort also features an  EV charger for your electric vehicle.

### The Neighborhood

Nestled in a tranquil tropical setting, Encantada Resort offers a peaceful escape while being incredibly close to all of Orlando's world-famous attractions. Enjoy the community's walking and jogging trails, or try your luck at the catch-and-release fishing pier on the lake.

Beyond the resort, you are just a short drive from major shopping centers including Walmart, Publix, and Target, as well as a wide variety of restaurants and shops to explore.

### House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following:
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The minimum age for booking is 21, and at least one guest in the party must meet this requirement.

### Important Information

* **Pool/Spa Heat:** This service can be added for an additional fee of $30 per night for your entire stay. Please request this at least 2 days prior to check-in. Please note, the attached spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and is not a separate hot tub.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill can be rented for $65 per stay, which includes a propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before your check-in date.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to ensure they are received correctly.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to help arrange services such as Disney park tickets, grocery shopping, and more. Please reach out for details.܏
