Loved it!

Very clean and cute place to stay! Had to ask our AC be lowered the second night and all I had to do was text the number on the fridge and it was done within 5 minutes. Plenty of strollers, cute little stuffys/toys/pool things and kid seating. Very kid friendly place, bedding was clean and looked near new with plenty extra in closets, I would bring your own playpen though if you have a baby. All in all, great experience. This rental was definitely above its priced value and we would re book here for sure.

Lovely Stay

We had a great stay at Hayley's townhouse. The place was clean, the princess beds were a great touch for my girls, the pool was amazing, the extra grass area for them to play around was an extra plus. We had a great stay with no complaints. I reached out to Hayley a few times during our trip and she was in touch with us within an hour every time. For the week, you can't get better for the price since a Disney hotel would have cost more for one room. It was a 10 minute drive from Disney. This house is great, it was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. Thanks for a great week full of memories!!!

Cleanliness was decent and the owner kept the temperature at a controlled level, although she did admit she missed our email requesting it to be turned down. We were quite warm during our stay. Cute house but in need of some updates. We were asked to clean up at the end of our stay as in sheets (stripping the bed) and towels, and take out the trash. I was a bit surprised with this request as that is not normal with most VRBO rentals. Overall it was a decent stay and we won’t be back we appreciated the time we spent there.

Disney Vacation

We stayed at the Crown house it was perfect. Close to Disney within 10-15 minutes. For a flat fee you can get shuttles from airport to the house or from house to Disney and other spots in Orlando. The houses pool is fantastic! The house is located within a resort that has slides, large pool, splash pad, theater and small shop within walking distance of the house. The house itself has stroller, crib, life vests and other necessities for children. The host was great we encountered a problem with the AC they had someone out to look at it within an hour and fixed the problem quickly. Thanks for letting us stay.

Scam Artists

I have opened a formal complaint with VRBO and taken other steps to get my security deposit back. These people are scam artists. The pictures on this site are old and the place is now where near as new or clean as depicted. This was our first time renting on VRBO and I am still in disbelief that these people can be so dishonest. This owner kept our security deposit and accused us of things that were just flat out lies. We never had any food or drinks out of the kitchen area and our grand kids only drank water out of sippy cups yet the owner accused us of staining her carpets and breaking a door stop in the baseboards. Truth is the carpets are horribly dirty and stained throughout the house and the door stop was just hanging in the wall as it was all stripped where it was screwed in. Our grand daughter found this our within the first few minutes in the kitchen so we took it from her and sat in on the counter so that she would not put it in her mouth as most 1 year old would do. I did get a picture of my two year old grand daughters feet from just walking barefoot on the tile in the kitchen the day we checked in. Needless to say it looked like she was playing in a dirt pile. We were also accused of other things that were an obvious attempt to keep our security deposit. I would caution anyone considering renting from these people. There are many other units in this facility for rent that I would hope would be from honest individuals. This was our first time using VRBO and it was a very bad experience. I know other people that have had much better luck but again I would caution anyone considering VRBO and especially this owner to do your homework. I am also now skeptical if property reviews are legit.

Perfect Stay

Our family loved our stay! This home was perfect, my princesses enjoyed the beautifully decorated room with bathroom. My son's enjoyed the mickey mouse room, and the attached pool was the icing on the cake. We loved the security and the amenities, the heated pool in the common areas the slides were a plus for our kids. Thank you for making our first Christmas in Florida MAGICAL! We will be back soon :)

Princesses as advertised!

Our overall experience was wonderful and Haley was quick to respond to any questions I had via email. My four year old daughter loved the princess and Mickey bedrooms. The WiFi also works great throughout the townhouse. There’s a new Walmart right around the corner which was really convenient. We will definitely be back again!

Hayley was great and the place is a fantastic option for Disney

Hayley was great - very responsive. The kids loved the splash pool, water park and the resort pool and other amenities. My only complaint is some general wear and tear in the living room and the lack of toiletries provided. It always bothers me when I don’t get things at a BnB that I would get at a cheap motel like shampoo and conditioner. Other than that - it was clean and a great location to enjoy Disney. I would definite recommend it!

Nice family friendly place to stay in Orlando with close proximity to Disney

Plenty of room for our family of four. Easily enough room for 5-6 in beds and even a sleeper sofa in the living room. Good sized open kitchen, dining, and living room area. Each bedroom has its own full bath, including two with shower/bathtub combo which was good for cleaning up the kids. Small private screened in pool in in the back is perfect for the little ones to play and swim. Large community pool with hot tub/spa, pretty large splash pad area with small water slides for really little ones (no height requirement), and two large water slides for kids 42 inches and above were really nice and well kept. Castle themed playgrounds which the kids also really enjoyed are also pretty neat and in really good condition. Nice gated community that is monitored at the front gate at all times by on site security, who were all really friendly. Community was not overly crowded during our visit. There were plenty of people staying/living on property but nothing felt cramped or too congested. Even though the area felt and seemed safe the entire trip, the easy to use alarm system in the unit was a nice extra to have to make your family feel extra safe at night in a new place. You will get a small bar of soap in each bathroom, a large full roll of paper towels in the kitchen and one full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, in each of the three full bathrooms. Five pool towels, extra sheets, blankets and pillows as needed. Mickey bedroom is downstairs by the front door which made the alarm system extra nice since our younger son was really, really excited to stay in it. It didn’t disappoint as our son loved the room (and the chance to meet Mickey during the week). Queen or double size bed was plenty big for two, especially if they are children. Princess room upstairs was also very nice and any young girls would really love the decor and the two twin beds. Crib and pack and play for our baby girl were great to have. Master was plenty big with a king bed, walk-in closet, and large full bath. The owner was quick to respond before, during, and after our stay. If your kids love Disney, especially Mickey and the gang or the Disney princesses, you will have a hard time finding a nicer and cost friendly place in Orlando. About 12 mins from the front door to the Magic Kingdom parking lot. Overall it was a nice community and we really enjoyed our stay. When we are back in the area we would stay again.

Great for families!

Awesome decor throughout the house. Loved the backyard pool. Super close to Disney and Walmart for your grocery/misc needs. Community pool was great- but our girls preferred their own personal pool in the backyard! Great size for family of 4- and easily could’ve brought the grandparents with us and still have felt comfortable. Owner always available and easy to contact! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Clean

My family had to evacuate due to a hurricane that was suppose to hit SC bad. We have a family dog. Very easy to book, wrote a message to owner letting her know about the kind of dog we have. Got an immediate response telling me safe travels. Property was super secure with guarded gate and security system. Unit has everything you can think of for your stay. I had read on previous reviews only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided so i brought a pack of toilet paper with me and was happy I did. There was none in the unit and the cleaning lady did not come by the next day till after I had been to store. I was prepared for that so it didn’t bother me. Just want to let others know to grab some before they arrive. We did do Disney one day, short drive. Overall great time even if we came for not so great reasons

This review is based on what I wanted to know before arriving that I couldn’t find in other reviews

Uber Uber was 1/2 the cost of renting a car. $6.00 each way for a trip to Walmart in a regular car. $20 each way (including tip)for an uber xl to the parks. 10-15 min ride. Self service condo: There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom which was fine for our family of 5 for the week. I brought extra and didn’t need it. The owners provided us with 2 dishwashing pod cleaners and that was all we needed. There are plenty of cups, plates, silverware, etc. I did not see laundry detergent so I’m glad I brought a travel size with me. You’ll need your own toiletries and shampoo & body wash. There was a hairdryer in the unit. Extra items: There is a high chair, strollers, brooms, vacuum, crock pot, beach umbrellas, small grill, baby gate for steps, coffee pot and 2 booster seats in the downstairs closet. There is a crib in the master bedroom closet. There is an iron and ironing board in the upstairs hall closet. Unit pool: The backyard pool is great. My 3 kids had enough room to splash around. It’s about 4ft deep in the middle. The screen around the pool is easy to unlatch but there is a great alarm system on the sliding door that leads outside. If left opened for a few minutes an alarm goes off. The alarm went off multiple times on us because we left the door open a tiny bit thinking it was closed (we did this a lot, accidentally!). The alarm is loud and would be great for those with small kids. Condo pool: It’s a 5 minute walk to the club house and large pool. When you walk Out of the condo, make a right and a quick left on maneshaw. Stay straight to the pool/club house, crossing over the walkway with a speed bump. 5 min walk with very relaxed walking. You can also drive there but since we didn’t have a car, it was a quick and easy walk. The pool was nice going from 0 entry to 4ft 10inches. There is a big slide. There is a game room and a little store that cooks pizza, hamburgers, etc. The unit: Very clean and nice. The kitchen looks much better than it does in the pictures. The Mickey Mouse bedroom is a double bed and is located downstairs. The wallpaper on both rooms is adorable although some seems are starting so separate but it is still very cute. Beds: Comfortable. We always check to make sure there aren’t bed bugs before we bring our luggage in. The mattresses are well protected from bed bugs with a locking mattress covering system. This is the first we’ve seen like this and thought it was a great idea. We would stay again!

Absolutely loved it!

We loved our stay at Princess Dream house! It was beautiful on the inside! Clean and neat and it had everything we needed. We loved the princess room with the carriage beds! The splash pool is perfect for cooling off after a long hot day at Disney! We also loved how close it is to all the parks. It took us about 4 minutes to get to Animal Kingdom! There is a new Walmart right down the road which is so convenient!! We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!
