THE HOUSE:
Mickey’s Magnolia Bend is a beautifully updated 2,790-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom air-conditioned villa designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. This spacious executive home sleeps up to 10 guests, offering a perfect balance of privacy and shared spaces.

Upon arrival, you'll enjoy private parking for up to four cars just steps away from the front door. As you enter, you’ll be immediately struck by the open-concept floorplan, a spacious design not typically found in most rental homes. The first of two inviting living areas welcomes you, accompanied by a formal dining space that seats six, perfect for enjoying family meals or gathering for a lively board game challenge.

The great room offers comfy seating and a 65” smart TV, ideal for catching up on your favorite shows or simply relaxing while enjoying the serene views of the pool and pond. For the ultimate indoor-outdoor living, open the 16-foot retractable glass wall, seamlessly blending the interior with the exterior. The home also provides complimentary internet and streaming services, so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies on your own account or ours!

Nestled on a 22-acre nature reserve, the home offers complete privacy with no rear neighbors, creating the feeling of your very own private resort. A brand-new pool screen enclosure was installed in 2025, further enhancing your outdoor experience.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts expansive granite countertops and premium appliances, making meal prep a breeze. For a more casual gathering, a dinette with seating for four provides the perfect spot for a quick meal or a spirited card game after dinner.

Lovely holiday despite Hurricane Milton.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful position would recommend to all. We appreciated the speed in which the hurricane damage was cleaned up and removed and although there was no pool screen we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Better than expected. We watched the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pool/spa, an unexpected treat! Home was clean and the amenities are as advertised. Plenty of space for everyone. Close to Disney and restaurants. Property manager is responsive. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful and comfortable! Had a nice "homey " feel. The decor and furniture were so nice. Beds were super comfortable. The pool and whirlpool were a hit for the entire family. our favorite was doing night swims! The Led pool lights and skyline were beautiful! The location of the home was A+ very close to everything! Ted was the absolute best! From the first day that we booked he contacted us and throughout our stay he was one phone call away! Ted has amazing energy and very professional. We will definitely book this house for our future trips. Thank you Ted for making our vacation memorable and amazing ❤

The property was beautiful but it had storm damage. The storm damage allowed wild animals and a lot of bugs to enter the pool area. I know that was not the owners fault because of the storm but since we were two days late getting there and paid for those two days we thought that should've been fixed. Also I notified the owner that the coffee pot did not work and he said he was going to bring us a new one and in those three final days there he never Did.

Great location for Disney!

My family and I had the best stay at this home ! Everything was on point! From the easy check in to our check out. This place has everything you could want/need for a family vacation! The rooms were spacious, the living room opened up to the pool. I advise paying the extra for the heating of the pool! It made our stay, when the evenings got a little cooler the warm water let us swim all eve into the night. Everything was clean! The game room had everything in it you would need if you’re not spending your time in the pool. Every night we were able to watch the fireworks from the spa. The security system made us feel very safe and the Neighborhood was quiet. This home is only 15 ish minutes from Disney and about 25 to SeaWorld. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Only con is we left our Tampa bay magnet on the fridge! Thanks again for an amazing stay! Will book anytime we come to Orlando.

Overall "5" stars for convenience to: Disney Parks, Grocery, Restaurants, Expressways, Pool was great. Loved the matching leather Lazy-Boy recliners. Things that could be better: More wash clothes, make sure all lamps have bulbs, repair the door leading out to back yard from pool area. Need written instructions for TV remotes. Headboard in Master BR needs attached - rattles against wall with the least amount of movement. Master bath sink on left side - slow to drain - other side needs stopper. We left some hand dish washing liquid upon departing for the convenience of next guests. You may be thinking - why 5 stars then? Because these things can be rectified quickly at little expense to owner. Even with these suggestions, it merits 5 stars. However, if I rent it again and these things remain overlooked - then it will be less stars...

Nice property, but would NOT recommend.

The house, itself, is fairly nice however there are some repairs that need to happen. We also encountered more than our fair share of long black hair in and on most of the beds so we washed all of the bedding, linens and towels. My kids were grossed out and weren't really comfortable the whole time as a result. The real issue is pretty much everything else. First, the pics on VRBO indicate that there is a grill for guest use and the description also indicates the same...ok, there is no grill available. That became evident to me in the "welcome" letter where in bold letters it says that. However, the property manager was kind enough to offer me the website for me to rent a grill at my own expense... When I challenged him further he simply stopped responding and VRBO did not offer any assistance or relief for the false advertising. Additionally, there are rules for everything and signs and warnings are everywhere. If you change the A/C temp they charge you, if you bring more guests than you initially indicated they charge you (sorry, grandma..you’re not invited), if you show up a bit early or leave a bit late they charge you, if you change the pool heat temps you forfeit your entire deposit that is very steep. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE AND PUT TRASH IN THE RECYCLING BIN>>>YUP<<< THEY CHARGE YOU! These are not small charges and they range in severity...from steep to ridiculous. Then there is the creepy stuff. You have to call the property manager precisely at 4pm the day you check in. I've rented about 15 VRBO properties through the years and they typically provide the door code well in advance so you don't have to be stressed about that detail, not these guys. The owners also installed a Ring doorbell to keep tabs on guests coming and going so they can watch you on live feed video from their computer or mobile device from the comfort of their own home. It made us uncomfortable to know that they were watching and wondering if there were other cameras that they also didn't tell us about. I would not rent from this property manager or this property ever again especially given the price compared to similar properties and don't suggest you do so either. You've been warned.

We had an awesome time! The beds were comfortable and the layout of the home was perfect. Room for everyone!! The pool and spa were incredible. Very MINOR issues- loose toilet seat, minor cosmetic things, but nothing that impacted our stay! Would come again!!

Great Stay

Our family had a great time. The kids never wanted to leave the pool! It was so relaxing. And being able to see part of the Disney fireworks was very special, especially while sitting in the spa. The property manager Ted was always available and very helpful. We are already talking about a future stay.

Can’t wait to come back

Had a truly wonderful stay at this house. It is a lovely bright and spacious property and the photos really don’t do it justice. It really does feel like a special place to stay. We are a family of five and had everything we needed. The house had a real home from home feel but also managed to feel like a special place to stay at the same time. The beds were all super comfy, the main bathroom is huge and we had more than enough storage for all our things. The games room looks amazing - a real hit with the children. The kitchen had everything we needed. I didn’t do any major cooking as I was on holiday too! The pool is fantastic, big and deep enough to properly swim in! We were in it every single day and it was so lovely to cool off in. In the evening you can see the Epcot fireworks which is pretty special. Location wise, it doesn’t get much better. 10-15 from all the Disney Parks and 30 minutes from Universal. Sunset Walk is just round the corner and is great for restaurants. Publix are Target are both 5 minutes away. Communication from the owners was brilliant, right from booking until check out. We had a minor maintenance problem which was fixed literally within minutes. All in all this house was such a great find, highly recommended and definitely made our brilliant holiday even better.

Great Disney Location

Spacious family friendly accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood but within Uber distance from Disney parks. Universal parks a bit further away but, traffic dependent, within a 30 minute drive. No issues at all with the villa. Kids loved the pool and games room. No requirement to get in touch with Ted for anything but knew he was always available if we had to.

Overall a good stay

I only gave it 4 stars because the neighborhood itself that the home is located in is a bit rundown and unkempt. The house itself is nice and the view in the backyard/pool area is nice as well! The house could be a bit cleaner - don’t look under couches or the air hockey table and things of that nature - it is very dirty. The blanket that we intended to use in the living room…well, it had boogers all in it which was gross - but we just set it aside. Some kid went to town in a certain area on that thing. The home is in close proximity to Disney world which is why we were visiting. We could also see the magic kingdom fireworks at night which was cool! The property manager was extremely responsive and very pleasant to work with! Overall, I’d probably stay here again. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in - EVER - in a rental home! This was very much appreciated after our long days at the parks!

Nice Big house for 6

We enjoyed our stay here. The house gave us room to spread out and the two teens had there own bedroom. The outdoor space was nice and kids loved the pool. Very close to restaurants and big box stores. As noted there are not many amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags so we had to pick up a few things but that wasn’t a problem. We did go to Disney one day and it is only about a 10-15 min drive-so very close. We would definitely stay again.

Florida Trip

This house was perfect for our trip! The house is at the end of the street with no neighbors to the back. We all took advantage of the great weather and enjoyed the pool daily. This house was the ideal distance from the Disney parks and made our adventures there quick and easy. The only drawback was that certain items were not furnished (i.e., extra TP, laundry detergent, spices, etc.) but nothing a quick Target run didn't fix. We hope to stay at this house again when we return to Flordia in a few years. Thanks for the great stay!

Private home for the whole family

Overall Summary This home is in a great location. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac with lots of privacy for the area. Great amenities at the house for the whole family to enjoy. Ted is a great host who did everything he could to help us with our stay. We had a couple things go wrong that he quickly was willing to make right. (Pool and hot tub heat was not working properly, had an issue with cleanliness and he had housekeeping out to fix.) Our main critique would be in regards to kitchen and bath supplies, it felt very bare bones for a family home. I like bullet summaries so I put our biggest pros and cons below: Pros: - private lot at the end of a cup-de-sac (don’t see into next door neighbors backyards) - large house with plenty of room to spread out, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. - Smart TVs in every room - Great outdoor area - Hot tub and heated pool - Screened in pool, safety fence for young kids! - Nice game room with pool, foosball, air hockey and a PS5. - Nice breakfast nook and dining table. Cons - Extra cost to heat pool - No grill, needed to rent one - Very minimal kitchen supplies (No salt, pepper, spices, Pam spray, or condiments, no sugar packets for coffee - No lids for the Pyrex bowls, No saran wrap or aluminum foil - No dish soap, no scouring pad, no kitchen wash cloths. - Very little amount of towels (should have an extra 2-4 per room!) Towels are looking a little thin. - Very little amount of toilet paper, trash bags, etc - No safety plugs in outlets for babies - No first aid kit - Would be nice to have a storage bin with some kids toys in the pool area Some of these cons are probably similar for a lot of VRBO’s in the time of Covid, it just felt a little out of place for what we were expecting, so at least you can have the right expectations going in.
