It was just purchased by Ramada and needs remodeling. Although our room was clean, everything was very old. The pool area was fun for the kids, however, the lazy river is far too shallow for the adults. The reception/check-in area has only one person working. Checking in, getting pool towels or even to ask a question takes a lot of patients.

The pictures of this property it’s very catfish. The only thing I like was the waterpark that was cute But It’s was very small. And the pool it looks like no one cleans it. I had to clean it myself and I’m a guess there. There was so many flies in the pool. Room smelled very misty. Bathroom was disgusting. Less not forget the water, pressure, horrible and barely hot water. The staff was nice the bartenders extremely nice. That place is a hole in the wall. I made a huge mistake. Stay in there.

The pics are very deceiving . Everyone was nice but the hotel is completely under staffed . The rooms floors are very dirty our feet were black after walking around the room. The property needs to be painted & power washed . The water park slides are closed to be charged a resort fee it is not a resort. Lots of rust on the slides , they charge 1$ for utensils if you need them . I needed a spoon and paid 1$ for 4. It had potential but it needs a lot of work tub had hair in it , vent covers are rusted and the dumpster was full of mattresses.

Not the cleanest but decent for the price i guess. BUTTTT No pool towels, and After waiting 8 hours for bath towels for my children to bathe, I just went to walmart and bought some. I asked at 10am didnt get them until around 9 pm. (asked about 3 times) before they scrounged me up 2

The room had a musty smell. There was feces and toilet paper in the toilet. The floors and under the sides of the bed were gross. I was never offered a clean room nor compensation for the inconveniences. The grounds were pretty run down looking so we did not use the water park it didn’t look clean or sanitary.
