This is a lovely and perfect house for small families or group of friends!
Located at the beautiful Lucaya Village resort which is a short distance to attractions like Discovery Cove, Epcot, Sea World, and the amazing Hollywood Studios!!
It has three cozy bedrooms plus a double sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests!
The living room has two sofas and a TV 32" to watch your favorite series with the whole family!
The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook like at home and enjoy great dinner nights all together.
And there is more, you can have a lot of fun time enjoying the resort amenities with your children, that has a play room, sport Court and also an amazing pool with Spa! We are sure they are going to love it!

Lucaya is a gated community with security in place to ensure a peaceful stay for its guests. An electronic code only grants entry into the property.
It offers a clubhouse, heated pool (during winter), Jacuzzi, game room, and more, all to ensure the enjoyment and comfort of your vacation.

Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

    It was a great stay, me and my family enjoyed the stay. We were rarely there since we were at disney all week, but it was a great & comfortable place to come back to. Just make sure to bring extra toilet paper!

    Good home base for those that want to do more than Disney.

    Everything was very clean and orderly upon arrival. We visited many Orlando attractions over 10 days. Well located for day trips with the family.

    Nice property. Quiet resort nice for decompressing after SeaWorld and other tourist. Great location. Just needs a few more kitchen items (stainless pans and microwave pans).

    Very clean, perfect for two small families, and close to Walt Disney World. Expect that the home has been “lived in” but the housekeeping team has done an excellent job maintaining.

    Very nice condo, not overly large but ideal for us.What my concern was when I was looking for a place was cleanliness, and it was excellent, also it was very centrally located to all theme parks and other activities, Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

    The air conditioning hardly worked. That was a huge bummer with how hot and humid it was during our stay. We followed instructions and still ended up sweating every night. Everything else was great. Comfortable beds, good space, easy parking. If they fixed that I would definitely stay there again.

    Simple, condo-style rental

    The place served our basic needs. Minor issues of course. Lamp doesn't work, bedroom TV remotes don't work, no soap, no trash bags, coffee maker is there but no filters and so on. Little things. You get the noise of an apartment complex, and if it rains the upstairs gets very loud. I would not recommend this location if you are going to Mecum's auto auction as it is a 30 minute drive in traffic.

    Great location, okay house with challenging management

    The location was great for our visits to the various Disney parks, the aquarium, beaches and some good restaurants. Unfortunately, going through the process to complete the registration was a complicated nightmare. Also, I've never stayed at a VRBO before that only provides less than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one garbage bag (with a sign stating garbage must be removed daily), one dishwasher pod, no coffee filters, etc.. they call it a starter pack. I call it forcing the visitors to shop and then they get to keep the excess since you can't just buy just enough supplies for five days and cant fly home with it. Also, walked into the unit with a major roof leak from the rain, soaked walls and carpet. Emailed the company was told thanks they would deal with it quickly and didn't hear from them again all week. So had to walk on wet carpet for days. After looking at ceiling I don't believe it was the first time it's leaked.

    A bit disappointing

    The VRBO listing clearly stated the pool is heated in the winter months. We were there the last week of February and it was not. The Lucaya Village management staff confirmed it was not. I specifically chose the property for that reason. The AC in the condo is very unreliable. It is loud and kicks on and off. The downstairs was freezing while the upstairs bedrooms were too hot. The plaque by the unit said not to lower it below 73 as the unit would freeze!!! The living room carpet was filthy and curled up at one corner. That is a real hazard for tripping with small kids and elders. We had to put a kitchen chair on the corner the whole stay to avoid an injury. The automatic door lock was beeping on an off, even at night! That was annoying!! The location is very good though I would not choose this property again

    Amazing place to stay!

    We stayed here over spring break and really enjoyed the accommodations. The house was spotless and provided us with everything we needed. The bedrooms were beautiful and one was very kid friendly. The location of the village was perfect and so close to great places to eat and shop. We will definitely be back!
