First and foremost the property manager, not the owner, was amazing! A huge shout out to Gwen.Walking into the suite, there was paint supples and fix it stuff on the counter, toilets had a film on the seats. Found a crawling critter in a drawer. The vanity cover for the sliding glass door curtains was on the floor in front of it blocking the use of the balcony. Two front rooms had NO power and had to be told where the breaker was to see if anything was popped.Nope it was turned off not popped. Found out owner never told the property manager we had rented it so they didn’t clean it before our stay.

A great weeklong stay

We had a very busy week planned in Orlando and this condo was an excellent fit for us on this vacation. The view of the woods and lawn from the balcony was a nice place to start the day. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Reunion delivers again

Although our stay was only 4 nights everything went exceptionally well. The condo was as advertised and the resort was top grade. Would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to friends. Our host was easy to contact and responded to our communications quickly.

Less Than Expected

I honestly, couldn’t give this place a good rating for a number of reasons. First day we found a multitude of issues that left us wondering if anyone actually did a walk through inspection prior to our arrival. The patio windows & mirrors were dirty, broken table lamps, and chairs including the kitchen facet needed repair. The most glaring problem that stood out above all else was something simple as the access code to the entry door didn’t work. The property manager gave us her access code that initially worked but soon failed as well within less than two hours. What’s worse the automated door lock housing separated from the entry door. The amenities card provided didn’t work either. The list goes on and on. Sad because primarily it was a nice area and the if not for the problems I mentioned. What also surprised me is the absence of on duty maintenance personnel for such a large facility. Apparently whom ever was on call could not be reached so the property manager had to have her spouse respond to get us back into our rental after we were locked out due to the malfunctioning door lock. We specifically asked if there would be a maintenance man on duty for any facility issues that may arise and was assured there would be.

Excellent property!!!

This is a beautiful property. It is a lot bigger in person than the pictures. It is clean and tidy, well equipped, and the outdoor deck space is huge. It overlooks trees and is very serene and relaxing. It’s in a great location and you can get to everything you need fairly quickly.There was plenty of parking, the elevators always worked. Well, there were plenty of towels and linens, and items in the kitchen for cooking meals.The property manager was responsive to a couple of minor fixes we needed done. The neighbors were quiet, and we had no issues here. Would definitely book again!

It was okay

The rental was pretty dusty and had a lot of cobwebs. Especially under the beds. We’re latinas so we always clean our bathrooms as soon as we check in and they weren’t clean to our standards. Overall it was okay as far as cleanliness. They did have some water damage on the ceiling of 2 rooms that were not aesthetically pleasing but the property manager responded right away and said they were having some problems with getting that fixed on time before our arrival. We did appreciate the quickness in response. The beds were pretty high for us, we’re all under 5’4. Decor is pretty outdated. The temp in the rental was HOT when we got there. It takes a while for it to cool down as it’s on the top floor. We were very surprised at how warm it was being that we’re all FL residents and travel quite a bit. We’re used to rentals being cool at time of arrival. The beds were comfy and water pressure was good. Kitchen was very clean. Overall everything was in working order in the rental.The resort is very quiet and beautiful. Very close to restaurants and Disney. Overall we would give it 3.5 of 5 stars. It was priced fairly. I would recommend a deep cleaning and updating furniture and decor to compliment the area.

Beautiful property, the host Shelley responded to any questions I had. The property was as described, simple but nice. A few light bulbs need to be changed and the sliding screen door to the patio needs to be fixed. Other than those few hiccups everything was great.

Great Snowbird Experience

The condo was in a great location with easy access to pools. The property manager was prompt in answering our questions and easy to contact. The price was reasonable compared to other options. While the beds and outdoor furniture were comfortable, the living room and dining room furniture were outdated and uncomfortable. We did enjoy our stay and we were very happy with all communication with the property manager. Thank you!

The condo was wonderful with plenty of things to do it seemed. Unfortunately we were here for a soccer tournament, so we didn’t get to use many of the amenities. The only thing I would recommend is to bring dish soap, paper towels, and extra toilet paper as there was not an adequate supply.

Had a lot of room for 2 adults and 3 teenage kids. Would recommend bringing more of your own TP, paper towels, detergent. Sink does need some work. But loved the shuttle around the property!

Well the bedroom with the queen bed the fan didn’t work. The fan in bathroom didn’t work either. Not enough towels for everyone. The faucet was weird in kitchen! No fireworks to be seen from balcony, I did like the quiet of the place it was about 20 min away from all the parks
