Bad experience

Place was dingy/beat up. The television’s didn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work, even after they brought hotspot on 3rd day. Pool heat/hot tub didn’t work. The service at water park & Finn’s was slow as they seemed to be under staffed compared to other resorts we’ve stayed. Thumbs down

Nice, relaxing house

The check in process was a bit confusing. Our assigned door code wouldn't work, and we had to call to request a new code. Not a huge deal, except that we had the same problem on the second day as well. However, once we got into the house it was great. I would also recommend keeping a bin / chest near the pool with floaties & kids toys. Makes it much easier for people that fly down & can't travel with that stuff on an airplane. All in all, it was a nice & relaxing house. Our kids loved the pool & movie room.
