This modern home can sleep up to 15 with 2 Kingsize Masters, a downstairs Queen Master, and 3 other bedrooms. Maximum number of adults is 12 due to bunk beds. We have completely redecorated throughout, with all new furniture in the kitchen and family room, ceiling fans in the master bedrooms, family room and lanai, new carpets throughout, newly themed rooms, a new Ping Pong table, multi game table (Air hockey / pool) and Arcade machine in the updated games room. We have an EV charger at the property for guests to use during their stay. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa for your devices.

Enjoy drinks at the bar or dining on the terrace, and soak up the sun beside your own heated private pool on the supersized deck. As the sun goes down relax in the warm bubbling spa and watch the wonderful Florida sunsets!

The Windsor Hills resort enjoys a huge Lagoon Pool and Spa, and a waterpark with 2 full size waterslides. The clubhouse has a fitness suite, movie theatre, games room, snack bar & shop. Close by there's tennis, sand volleyball, basketball, ping pong & a golf putting green. There’s also a castle & dragon themed children’s adventure playground. At Villa Narcosi we provide free sports equipment for guests to use at these facilities, along with bikes and scooters - the perfect way to explore Windsor Hills!

As you walk through the entrance hall of this spacious villa, you will appreciate the relaxing surroundings of the open plan lounge and dining room. A great place for entertaining, dining, or enjoying a cocktail or a glass of wine. This beautifully designed room enjoys views to the front garden of the home and the boulevard.

Alternatively, why not relax in the comfortable family room, which enjoys a 65" Smart TV with a multitude of channels. This room has large windows overlooking the pool area and double sliding doors which open directly on to the pool terrace.
Kitchen:
Cooking is a pleasure in the kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. It enjoys a breakfast bar and a dining area with sliding doors leading to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with icemaker and iced water dispenser, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and electric can opener. All crockery, cutlery, plastics, cooking utensils and pots and pans are supplied.

Off the kitchen is a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Dining:
This home offers the luxury of three dining areas. The spacious open plan lounge/dining room has an oversized circular table with seating for eight. The kitchen enjoys a round glass dining table seating four, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. The dining area on the pool terrace enjoys a shaded lanai for comfortable al fresco dining.

6 bedrooms, sleeps 15 - maximum 12 adults due to bunk beds:
Take your pick of two king-size master suites. Both with walk in closets, and en suite bathrooms, one with a 32" smart TV and one with a 20" Cable TV. Both rooms now have wall controlled ceiling fans

On the ground floor is a Queen-size master with a walk in closet and a 32" Smart TV. This bedroom enjoys views to the pool terrace and beyond, and has an adjacent private bathroom.

The bright twin Mickey Mouse bedroom enjoys views to the front garden of the home. It has a large walk in closet, a 20" Cable TV.

The kids will be spoiled for choice with the two themed bunk bed rooms which can sleep up to a total of seven children.

Pick your house bed in the Harry Potter room - it can accommodate four in its two large bunks. There’s lots of room for their kit with a large walk in closet and storage chest.

Alternatively why not enjoy some time in the snow with Anna, Elsa and Olaf in our Frozen room. This room has a twin over full size (single over double) bunk bed which can sleep three. There’s a large walk in closet and chest offering plenty of storage space. The kids can enjoy watching their own 20" Cable TV. The twin and bunk rooms have shared use of the large family bathroom suite.

4 bathrooms, 2 en-suites:
Both Kingsize Master Suites enjoy en suite bathrooms with marble inset vanity basins, hairdryers, WC, walk in double showers, vanity mirrors & lighting. The first master also has a separate bath.
The Queensize Master Bedroom has an adjacent private bathroom with marble inset vanity basin, hairdryer, WC, full bath with overhead shower and vanity mirroring & lighting.
The twin and bunk rooms have shared use of the large family bathroom suite. This comprises of three separate lockable rooms. The WC, the bath and shower room, and the vanity room. This has twin marble inset basins, large vanity area with mirror with overhead lighting and hairdryer.

Games Room:
The home has a newly refurbished fully equipped games room - a great place to take a break from the afternoon sun, or for family fun in the evening.

Pool:
One of the highlights of this home is the large, fully screened South West facing pool terrace. Enjoy this outstanding space for al fresco dining in the shaded lanai. Soak up the sun all day on one of the luxury poolside loungers next to your very own private heated pool. Or perhaps relax in the warm bubbling spa, where at the end of the day you can enjoy a cocktail as you soak in the wonderful Florida sunsets and incredible views to the horizon!

Outside:
This is one of the few villas on Windsor Hills Resort to have no rear neighbours. It sits on a unique plateau enjoying fabulous views of the surrounding area. The sunsets are quite incredible!
