Very nice hotel. There are some fees involved that I had no idea until I got there. I had to pay hidden fees of $240 for 2 rooms. Will only get $90 of that back. $150 more than what I expected to pay. Other than that, it was very nice.

Just an ok hotel

Windows were foggy in the room so had to change rooms. Line was long at check in and took about an hour to change rooms. Saleswoman tried to sell us tickets to events we didnt want. Bleach on hallway carpets. Pool was to clod to use. Hot tub over crowded. Lifeguards late to work.

El lugar está perfecto para movilizarte sea a los parques, restaurantes o tiendas. Me gustó que tienen servicios de lavandería. La habitación tenía un olor a humedad que seguro era por la alfombra, en mi habitación había cucarachas. Tienes que llamar a recepción para que te “limpien” el cuarto; en mi caso solo sacaron la basura y dejaron el tacho en la entrada de la habitación y no reemplazaron jabón. El servicio del personal del front desk necesita mejorar.

Property was very clean and close to many restaurants and activities for all ages. Check in was super easy and quick. Pool was great for the kids. Great place to stay for the price compared to other places.

Absolutely loved this hotel & everything it has to offer. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of food/ dining option on site & close by within walking distance . I will definitely be coming back to this hotel with my children !!

Property was nice but not fantastic. Price was quite good for the area. Clean, comfortable decent sized rooms. Breakfast buffet was $14.99 per person and was literally EXACTLY what you would find in every chain hotel as a free continental breakfast. That was pretty disappointing. The pool area is pretty good but VERY limit number of lounge chairs. It's a decent place for a night or two but a week here would not make for a great vacation. There are a lot of restaurants within a 1/4 mile which was nice but overall I'd give this hotel a B.

We stayed in room 5211 and had a very nice king size bed and sleeper sofa; it was a spacious, clean, and well kept room facing the pool. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Okie dokie place

It’s an okay hotel. It is at the corner of a busy intersection. There’s a salesperson in the lobby trying to send you on one of those timeshare presentations. Avoid talking to them at all. We stay here because our usual resort was packed.

We called the front desk numerous times thoughout the stay never an answer we stayed 2 nights 3 days ran out of towels and toliet paper. They only gave enough for 1 night never replenished anything finally got through to front desk after several attempts they said they would get us some never did had to go to walgreens to buy ice and tp. No ice machine's convenient i went to numerous areas looking. Floors had stains hair on walls sheets were dirty bought our own from wallmart wont be staying here again and wouldnt recommend it.
