Great location. Nice staff. The hairdryer in my room was broken and when I reported it to the front desk at checkout I was offered a late checkout and they would send up a hairdryer immediately. That was kind of them.

This place was great! The lady at the front desk was really nice. Room was very clean and modern with no carpets. I parked my semi truck with a 53 foot trailer in the back and they were okay with that. It was a little bit tight but plenty of room, you will have to backup into another section to turn around but still easy enough. TV was awesome! It's 55 inch and I just used a firestick. Shower had great pressure and was hot. The mirror in the bathroom was fancy too. They have a pool and Riverwalk, 2 restaurants, a gift shop, and a couple other things. Overall it was a really nice resort especially for the price! The only bad which really wasn't a big deal. Three back exit that was closer to my semi truck on the first floor the door wouldn't unlock from the outside (dead battery) so I would go through one of the side doors which also didn't work but you could just open the door without a key. Really not a big deal. Overall, this place is awesome and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be coming back here again!

The room was great, instruction to find the room not clear, we were lost for at least 15min. Breakfast wasn’t so good. It was a buffet and you have to ask for the beverages, but they will not get them fast in small plastic cups.

The outdoor heated pool was freezing cold ,which is such a shame as its a nice place , spoke to reception apparently been like it a long time but they haven't removed the HEATED bit off website ,so wont stay there again as we like to spend a lot of time in the pool, breakfast was ok but wasnt told whats what upon arrival ,only one staff member who littery just stood about, so thats why only 3 stars

Afternoon , front desk employees are Very welcoming, professional, and friendly! Rooms very clean!!!!! Just 2 little issues we encountered...toilet had no flush power .had to go away, then go back n flush a second time..sometimes took few tries..And couldn't adjust the a/ c...it was 69 degrees in there!! You can set the temp you desire, but temp never got any warmer then 69!! Oh yeah! The bed closet to the door, has a bent leg..so be careful jumping on bed .. it's going to break due to bent leg..( room 1505 I think) Otherwise, wonderful stay!!

Front deask manager Yelleny was great. Hotel and room was clean and probably one of the only hotels I found where they actually clean their AC filters. Will stay agan for sure.
