I stopped by the hotel at 2:30 to see if the room was ready and it was, she allowed us to check in early. The lady at check in was very pleasant. I got to my room and the A/C wasn’t working. I let front desk know and maintenance(very nice guy) was in the room working on it immediately. He wasn’t able to get it fixed so he called front desk and they switched our room. The maintenance guy even went to get the new room keys. The beds were comfortable and the added amenities were even better. Basketball, tennis, playground, and pool/lazy river. I would definitely stay here again.

Checked in tuesday oct 17th Very easy check in front desk agent was super nice explained everything. We went up to room elevators are a little creepy but arent all elevators. Smelled very clean . Room had a lot of space clean . The shower head needa to be a cleaned but overall very good stay would stay again
