The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

🍽️ Food-Related Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not provide any food-related items such as salt, sugar, pepper, spices, or condiments. Please plan accordingly and bring your preferred items with you.



🚗 Parking Guidelines

Parking is limited to 3 registered vehicles per reservation.

• No street parking is permitted—please use only the driveway or designated parking areas.

• Resort rules strictly prohibit sharing of parking passes between guests.

• Additional unregistered vehicles may incur extra charges or result in cancellation of your stay.



🔧 Ongoing Development

You may notice construction nearby as the community continues to grow and improve.

• Pool Heating: $35/day (must be booked for the entire stay)



Grill Rental

4 Burner ($105/week) One full propane tank is provided.

Additional day: $15 per day

Extra Propane Gas: $40



Please note that f you require an extra propane tank during your stay (for example, if the gas runs out due to frequent use), the vendor charges an additional $40 for the refill.

Pool Heater Operational Hours: 9AM-9PM

Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.



🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Policies

• Check-In: 4:00 PM – We are unable to accommodate early arrivals due to a tight turnover schedule, especially during peak seasons. While waiting, you’re welcome to enjoy the resort clubhouse and amenities.

• Check-Out: 10:00 AM – Late departures are not available, as our team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare for the next guest. However, you may continue using the resort amenities after checkout until your actual departure.

The home includes fresh bed linens and bath towels for your stay.

There is also a resort convenience store nearby for any last-minute purchases, snacks, or travel items.
