Different than many rental homes, this home is also our family's dream vacation home and has been thoughtfully designed to make it the perfect place for multi-family vacationing for our family and for our guests.
As a family run property, we know how important those special occasions and birthdays are and it is our pleasure to offer unique guest experiences such as complimentary birthday day set ups.
As soon as you step inside, you will be wowed by the gorgeous finishes and the sprawling and open concept living area & kitchen. The living room is beautifully designed with modern touches, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. The large leather couch is perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. It comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen gadgets you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals. There's a dining table that seats eight, ideal for family gatherings, as well as a breakfast bar/kitchen island that seats four. If you prefer outdoor dining, head outside to the outdoor dining set, which seats up to six.
The pool area will be a hit with your family and is the perfect for cooling off after a day in the Florida sun. If you prefer soaking up the sun, you'll find sunbeds around the pool area. For those who want to enjoy the outdoors without direct sunlight, there's a shaded lanai with a spacious seating area. There is also a bathroom located outside for easy access while swimming for hours and hours.
If you're looking for indoor entertainment, head to the garage, where you'll find a Harry Potter Hogwarts Express themed games room. This fantastic space features a hand painted Harry Potter mural and is equipped with a foosball table, and a table tennis/pool table combo, providing hours of fun for guests of all ages. Upstairs you will find a second living room with large flat screen tv and table shuffleboard.
As for the bedrooms, there are seven in total. On the main floor you will find two bedrooms, the first is primary bedroom number one, featuring a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second is a beautifully equip king sized with a bathroom next door. Upstairs, you'll find 5 more bedrooms. Star Wars loversâ dreams will come true when they set foot into the Star Wars themed bedroom that is fully equip with LED lighting, gaming chairs, flatscreen TV, and an Xbox with an Xbox gold membership and game pass included! This bedroom sleeps 3. The fourth bedroom is themed after Toy Story and has full bunk beds, sleeping up to 4. The fifth bedroom is Mickey Mouse themed and also has full sized bunk beds, sleeping up to four. The sixth bedroom has a beautiful queen-sized bed and private bathroom and the seventh is the second primary bedroom that features a king bed, en-suite bathroom and a desk and comfortable office chair. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV with cable included, ensuring everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. Each adult bedroom has built USB chargers in each bedside table lamp.
Solara Resort, where this vacation home is located, is a 24/7 manned security gated community. It offers a wide range of amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. These include a competition-level FlowRider surfing simulator, a heated grand pool, a fitness center, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, basketball courts, a store, bar and grill, coffee bar, indoor and outdoor lounges, a tween/teen hangout center, poolside cabanas, arcade and a children's water park and playground. With these amenities, you'll have plenty of options to keep you entertained and make the most of your familyâs vacation. The home approximately a 10-12 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive from the Solara amenities center.
Upon arrival you will be provided with additional amenities â some include: a generous amount soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, oil, salt, sugar, pepper and dish soap. We also provide some make up remove sheets, several dishwasher tabs, a few toilet paper rolls per bathroom, a few garbage bags, a couple rolls of paper towel, starter coffee pods/coffee grinds/tea packets.
Your health and the health of the environment is very important to use. Therefore, we have chosen to provide eco-friendly, paraben and sulfate free shampoo, conditioner body-wash, hand soap, lotion and dish soap, all in refillable bottles to reduce impact on the environment.

This home is owner and operated by us. Because we are small, we are able to offer customized service that large property managers are not able to. We truly love creating meaningful vacations for our guests.

BBQ:
For cleanliness reasons, we do not have a BBQ. If you wish to have a BBQ - we can provide a list of many reasonably priced companies that deliver a sparkling clean BBQ right to the door and set it up. For 1 week stays or longer, please reach out to us and we would be happy to cover the cost of a 4 burner BBQ with one propane tank for one week. Note - this is not automatic, please reach out to us to set this up.
Solara:
Note about Solara- there are many free amenities for you to enjoy. When it comes to to food and drinks, please note Solara is not an all inclusive property. There are extra charges for things such as food, drinks, arcade and surf simulator etc.
Notes:
-neither sofa contains a working bed. The guest count only includes the bedrooms.
-there is a slight variation in the photos. We just added an air hockey table in the games room and moved the fooseball table to the upstairs living room.
OCCUPANCY:
At time of booking, guests will confirm final occupancy count with the host. There shall be no parties or events held at any time, and no additional guests will be allowed without prior host approval.
PARKING:
We have an onsite parking space for two cars. Overflow parking can park in front of the town houses just down the road.  See the attached photos for a map. It is a 2 minute walk. No parking in garage, as it is a fully finished games room.
POOL AREA:
- The pool is cleaned weekly either Tuesday or Wednesday by a professional company. If you happen to be in the pool when they arrive, you'll be required to exit in order for them to perform their work. Their service typically takes less than 30 minutes and they will leave notice on when you can re-enter the pool after the cleaning is completed.
- There is a child safety pool fence installed, to be left in place at all times. We also have door alarms on both sides of the sliding glass door, these are to be left on at all times. Please utilize the entrance gate adjacent to the pool stairs when entering and exiting the pool. - For your safety, no glassware is allowed in the pool area. Please utilize the plastic dining and drinkware available in the upper far right cabinet in the kitchen.
POOL HEATING:
During cooler months (mid-October through late April), pool heating is recommended. This can be requested at the time of booking. There is an additional charge of $35 USD per day to cover the cost of the additional utility usage. The pool heating is designed to bring the water to a swimmable temperature. Under normal weather conditions, it takes about 24 hours for the pool to heat up. Although the pool heater will be set at 88, please note that changes in air temperature will directly affect the pool temperature. In the coldest winter months, heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a warm temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30s and 40s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80s. Therefore, it is normal and expected for the pool to range from high 70's to low 80's when the heater is properly functioning. We cannot guarantee that it will hold at a specific temperature for the entirety of your stay. Please note that cold weather does not constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather. The pool heater is set to run for 12 hours/day. from 8am-8pm.
Tempering with pool heat, pool heat locks or attempting to adjust pool heat yourself is prohibited.
Safety:
SECURITY -For the safety and security of the property, there are 3 actively recording outdoor security cameras located on site: a video doorbell at the main entrance and a camera on each side of the home. There is no camera inside or in the backyard. All cameras are recording both audio and video. Cameras should not be blocked, touched, or tampered with.

sensor. It monitors noise levels, occupancy, temperature, cigarette smoke and humidity, helping us keep our home and our neighborhood safe, healthy and comfortable.
